How to Use regulon pill

• Take one tablet daily at the same time, starting on the first day of your menstrual cycle, for 21 consecutive days.

• Follow with a 7-day break, during which you will experience withdrawal bleeding similar to menstruation.

• Start a new pack on the 8th day, even if the bleeding has not stopped.

If taking Reguelon for the first time:

• Starting on the first day of menstruation: Take the first tablet immediately, with no need for additional contraception.

• Starting between the 2nd and 5th day: Take the first tablet, but use an additional contraceptive method (e.g., condoms) for the first 7 days.

• Starting after the 5th day: Wait for the next menstrual cycle and start on the first day, using additional contraception if needed.

Using Reguelon to Delay Menstruation

• If you need to postpone your period for reasons like travel or exams, you can start a new pack immediately after finishing the previous one without taking the 7-day break. However, delaying menstruation for more than three consecutive cycles is not recommended, as it may cause irregular bleeding.
