• Take the tablets one hour before a meal, swallowing them whole with water without chewing or breaking.

• Reflux esophagitis: One tablet daily; your doctor may increase the dose to two tablets daily for 4–8 weeks.

• Eradication of H. pylori: One tablet twice daily with two antibiotics (Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin or Metronidazole/Tinidazole) for a duration determined by the doctor.

• Gastric or duodenal ulcers: One tablet daily for 2–8 weeks depending on the case.

• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: Two tablets daily; the dose may be adjusted based on acid secretion, and higher doses may be divided.

• Special cases:

• Patients with severe liver impairment: Do not exceed one 20 mg tablet daily.

• Not to be used in children under 12 years.
