Preparation Instructions for Neocate Junior with Prebiotics, Vanilla

• Mix one level (unpacked) scoop of powder with each fluid ounce (approx. 30 ml) of water.

• Use warm or cool water.

• Shake or stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.

• Best served cold when taken orally.

• For oral or tube feeding use only; not for parenteral use.

• Use within one hour of preparation, or refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
