How to Use Neocate Infant Dha-Ara 400 gm

To be used only under medical supervision.

Maintain personal hygiene and sterilize all preparation equipment.

For standard preparation (20 kcal/oz):

Add one level scoop (4.6 g) of powder per fluid ounce of water (approximately 30 ml).

Use only the scoop provided.

Shake the bottle well until the powder is fully dissolved.
Important Instructions

Feed immediately after preparation or store in a refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours.

Once feeding has started, use within one hour and discard any remaining formula.

Do not microwave or boil the formula to warm it, as it may cause burns.

This product is intended only for oral or tube feeding – not for intravenous use.
