Miconaz Powder Fungicidal & bactericidal For Topical Use 20 gm

Miconaz powder is a topical antifungal treatment used to relieve skin infections caused by fungi. It contains miconazole nitrate, an effective antifungal agent that helps stop the growth of fungi and alleviates associated itching and irritation.

Miconase Powder Ingredients

Active ingredient:  Miconazole nitrate 2%.

What are the uses of Miconase Powder?

Topical miconazole is commonly used to treat the following conditions.

• Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)

• Jock itch (tinea cruris)

• Ringworm (tinea corporis)

• Certain skin yeast infections 

Topical miconazole may also be used for other conditions as determined by your health care provider.

How to use Miconase Powder

Follow these steps when using Miconase Powder:

• Wash and thoroughly dry the affected skin before application.
  
  

• Apply a thin layer of powder to cover the entire affected area.
  
  

• Use the powder twice daily (morning and evening) or as directed by a doctor.
  
  

• Continue treatment for the full recommended course (often 2–4 weeks) even if symptoms improve. Do not stop early or use more frequently than directed.
  
  

Side effects of Miconase Powder

Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:

• allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue

• increased inflammation, redness, or pain around the affected area
  
  

Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):

•  mild skin irritation, burning, or itching around the affected area

Use of Miconase Powder during pregnancy and breastfeeding

• During Pregnancy: Topical miconazole (the active in Miconase) is generally considered low risk in pregnancy. Large studies have not shown an increase in birth defects from topical miconazole use. However, like all medications, it should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed and prescribed by a physician.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
