How to Use D-Cura Ampoules

• Recommended dosage for adults:

• Two ampoules of D-Cura (25,000 IU) once weekly for 6–8 weeks, followed by maintenance therapy with a daily dose (1,400–2,000 IU) as advised by the doctor.

• Recommended dosage for children (from birth to 18 years):

• One ampoule (25,000 IU) every two weeks for 6 weeks, followed by maintenance therapy with a daily dose of 400–1,000 IU.

Side Effects

• Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or constipation.

Contraindications

• Allergy to cholecalciferol or any other ingredient in the product.

• Hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood) or hypercalciuria (high levels of calcium in the urine).
