Clasgen eye drops contain the active ingredient cyclosporine at a concentration of 0.05%, which is an immunosuppressant used to increase tear production in certain cases.

Clasgen is used to increase tear production in patients whose tear secretion is presumed to be suppressed due to eye inflammation associated with dry keratoconjunctivitis.

Instill one drop in each eye twice daily (once every 12 hours).

Do not use Clasgen eye drops in the following cases:

Warnings and Precautions

• For ophthalmic use only.

• Do not allow the tip of the container to touch your eye to avoid injury.

• The drops can be used alongside artificial tears, ensuring at least a 15-minute interval between applications.
