Instructions for Use of Biosoft Eye Wipes

Follow your doctor’s instructions

Wash your hands thoroughly before use

Use twice daily for 5 days before eye surgery, or as directed by your doctor

In other cases, use twice daily (morning and evening) for 3 weeks, then once daily for 3 months

Close your eyes gently, then massage the eyelids with light circular motions to remove any crusts or secretions gently

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.
After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
