Ingredients of Advil 200 Mg

Active Ingredient: Ibuprofen 200 mg.

Advil 200 Mg Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist. If pain or fever does not respond to 1 tablet, 2 tablets may be used. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.

Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor.
If you take more Advil than you should
Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, dizziness, and, in severe cases, kidney failure or seizures. Seek immediate medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center if an overdose is suspected.
If you forget to take a dose at the right time
Since Advil is used when needed, you may not be on a dosing schedule. Skip any missed dose if it's almost time for your next dose. Do not use two doses at one time.

Advil 200 Mg for Children and adolescents
Advil 200 mg tablets are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. For younger children, pediatric formulations of ibuprofen should be used under medical supervision.
Advil 200 Mg for Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If pregnant or breast-feeding,ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use ibuprofen at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.
Drug Interactions
Ask your doctor before using Advil if you take an antidepressant. Taking certain antidepressants with an NSAID may cause you to bruise or bleed easily.
