Activ Massage Cream - 100Gm

Activ Massage Cream is a topical analgesic massage cream that provides temporary relief from muscle and joint pain. It combines counterirritant ingredients (camphor, menthol, salicylates) with joint-supporting agents (glucosamine, chondroitin). When applied to the skin, these substances activate and desensitize sensory receptors to alleviate pain.

Ingredients of Activ Massage Cream

Active Ingredients:

• Gaultheria Procumbens Wintergreen Leaf Oil

• Cinnamomum Camphora Camphor Bark Oil

• Mentha Piperita Peppermint Oil

• Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil

• Glucosamine

• Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate

Other (inactive) ingredients: The remaining ingredients serve as emollients, emulsifiers, humectants, preservatives, and fragrance. These include purified water (aqua), stearic acid, paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), cetearyl alcohol, beeswax (cera alba), propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate, polysorbate 20,shea butter, ethanol, phospholipids, phenoxyethanol, cetrimonium chloride. 

Indications

Activ Massage Cream is intended for the temporary relief of minor musculoskeletal pain. It can be used for aches and pains associated with:

• Arthritis (joint pain) – e.g. osteoarthritis of knees or hands

• Simple backache

• Muscle strains and sprains

• Bruises and soft-tissue injuries

Directions for Use

• Clean and dry the affected area.

• Apply a thin layer of cream and gently massage until completely absorbed.

• Use twice daily as needed.

Potential Side Effects

• Common:

• Skin redness.

• Mild irritation.

• Rare:

• Allergic reactions (e.g., rash, itching)

Contraindications

Because Activ Cream is applied to the skin, systemic absorption of the active ingredients is generally very low. Therefore, clinically significant drug interactions are unlikely with normal use.

Use During Pregnancy and Lactation

Pregnancy: Ask health professional before use; it is especially important not to use methyl salicylate at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery

Lactation: Ask a healthcare professional before use.

Storage Conditions

• Store the cream at room temperature (approximately 20–25 °C).

• Protect from excessive heat or freezing. 

• Do not refrigerate.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
