فيبراميسين 100 حبوب لعلاج مختلف العدوى البكتيرية التي قد تصيب الجسم، مثل التهاب المسالك البولية أو التهاب الشعب الهوائية أو حب الشباب أو غيرها.

مكونات فيبراميسين حبوب ( دوكسيسيكلين )

يحتوي فيبراميسين على المادة الفعالة "دوكسيسيكلين"، أحد المضادات الحيوية الفاعلة في القضاء على أنواع مختلفة من البكتيريا المُسبِّبة للعدوى.

فيبراميسين 100 دواعي الاستعمال

تُستخدَم حبوب فيبراميسين في علاج:

• عدوى الصدر أو الرئة أو الأنف، مثل التهاب الشعب الهوائية أو الالتهاب الرئوي أو التهاب الجيوب الأنفية.

• عدوى الجهاز البولي، مثل التهاب المثانة البولية.

• حب الشباب.

• عدوى العين.

• الأمراض المنقولة جنسيًا، مثل السيلان أو الكلاميديا.

• الملاريا، إذا كان دواء كلوروكين غير فعال.

• الوقاية من بعض أنواع العدوى.

جرعة حبوب فيبراميسين

• يُحدّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة حسب حالة المريض.

• يُفضّل تناول الأقراص في نفس الموعد كل يوم.

• يُنصَح بتجنّب الاستلقاء لمدة 30 دقيقة بعد تناول حبوب فيبراميسين، لتجنّب تهيّج الحلق أو المريء.

• فيبراميسين قبل الأكل أم بعده؟ يمكن تناول الدواء مع الأكل أو من دونه، وإذا سبّب اضطراب المعدة، يُوصَى بتناوله مع الأكل.

• في حالة تناول فيبراميسين لحب الشباب، يُفضّل تناوله مع الأكل.

فيبراميسين دوكسيسيكلين أعراض جانبية

قد يُسبّب فيبراميسين دوكسيسيكلين  بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• التهاب التامور.

• الشعور بالإعياء.

• حرقة المعدة.

• عدوى المهبل.

موانع استخدام فيبراميسين حبوب

لا تُستخدم حبوب فيبراميسين دوكسيسيكلين في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.

• الحمل أو محاولة الحمل.

• الرضاعة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب توخّي الحذر واستشارة الطبيب قبل تناول حبوب فيبراميسين، خاصةً في حالة:

• التعرّض لضوء شمس قوي أو أشعة فوق بنفسجية؛ إذ يجب تجنّب التعرّض لها خلال فترة العلاج، لأنّ الدواء يجعل البشرة أكثر حساسية لحروق الشمس عن المُعتاد.

• مشكلات الكلى أو الكبد.

• مرض الوهن العضلي.

• البرفيرية.

• الذئبة الحمراء.

• الإسهال، خاصةً الناتج عن تناول المضادات الحيوية.

• تناول الريتينويدات الفموية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول حبوب فيبراميسين إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية الصرع.

• مضادات الحموضة.

• أدوية السيولة.

• حبوب منع الحمل.

• المضادات الحيوية.

• سيكلوسبورين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 25 درجة مئوية.

• لا يُستخدم الدواء بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المُدوّن على العبوة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
