باراكسون 30 كبسولة - paraxone

باراكسون 30 كبسولة، هي كبسولات تحتوي على كلورزوكسازون، وهو باسط للعضلات يعمل على تثبيط نشاط الجهاز العصبي المركزي لتقليل التشنجات العضلية، وباراسيتامول، وهو مسكن وخافض للحرارة يعمل عبر تثبيط تكوين البروستاجلاندين وتقليل إشارات الألم، ويُستخدم لتخفيف الألم والانزعاج الناتج عن الإصابات العضلية الهيكلية الحادة.

paraxone دواعي الاستعمال 

• تخفيف تشنجات العضلات والألم الناتج عن الالتواء أو الإجهاد أو إصابات العضلات المؤلمة.
• علاج آلام أسفل الظهر، والصداع التوتري، والالتهاب العضلي، والالتهاب الليفي، والتهاب الفقار.
• التخفيف من آلام المفاصل وحالات تيبس الرقبة (الصعر).
• التسكين في متلازمات جذر الأعصاب العنقية أو القرصية.

طريقة استخدام حبوب باراكسون

• الجرعة المعتادة للبالغين (12 سنة فما فوق): كبسولتان أربع مرات يومياً، بحد أقصى 8 كبسولات في اليوم.
• كبار السن أو مرضى القصور الكلوي: قد يقوم الطبيب بتقليل الجرعة.
• يجب الالتزام بتعليمات الطبيب وعدم تجاوز الجرعة المقررة.

الآثار الجانبية 

• الجهاز الهضمي: اضطرابات معوية، وألم بالبطن، ونادراً نزيف بالجهاز الهضمي.
• الجهاز العصبي: نعاس، ودوخة، وخفة رأس، وشعور عام بالتوعك، أو إفراط في التحفيز.
• الحساسية: طفح جلدي، وبثور، وكدمات، ونادراً جداً وذمة وعائية أو تفاعل تأقي.
• الكلية: تغير لون البول بشكل نادر، بدون أهمية سريرية معروفة.
• الكبد: حالات نادرة جداً من سمية كبدية خطيرة قد تكون مميتة.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

• يمنع استخدامه عند وجود حساسية لكلورزوكسازون أو باراسيتامول أو أي مكون آخر في الدواء.
• يمنع في حالات القصور الكبدي، أو البورفيريا الحادة، أو عند تناول أي دواء آخر يحتوي على باراسيتامول.
• يُستخدم بحذر في حالات أمراض الكبد أو الكلى، وإدمان الكحول، أو وجود احمرار/تورم في منطقة الألم.
• يجب التوقف عن الدواء عند ظهور أعراض تشير لخلل في الكبد أو تفاعلات تحسسية.
• لا يُنصح باستخدامه أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة.
• قد يسبب النعاس أو الدوخة، لذا يجب الحذر عند القيادة أو تشغيل الآلات.

التفاعلات الدوائية

• يمنع تناوله مع أي دواء آخر يحتوي على الباراسيتامول لتجنب خطر الجرعة الزائدة.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة أقل من 30° مئوية، داخل العبوة الأصلية.
• يحفظ بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا يُستخدم بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المدون على العبوة.

مكونات حبوب باراكسون

• كل كبسولة تحتوي على المواد الفعالة:
• 250 ملجم كلورزوكسازون. 
• 300 ملجم باراسيتامول.
• المواد غير الفعالة:
• كبريتات لوريل الصوديوم.
• بوڤيدون.
• جليكولات نشا الصوديوم.
• ثاني أكسيد السيليكون الغروي.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
