أوميز 20 مجم – 14 كبسولة لمرض الجزر المعدي المريئي

أوميز 20 مجم (أوميبرازول)، هو دواء ينتمي إلى مجموعة مثبطات مضخة البروتون (PPIs)، يعمل على تقليل إنتاج حمض المعدة، لعلاج الحموضة ومشاكل الجهاز الهضمي المرتبطة بها.

استخدامات اوميز 20 

• يساهم في علاج الارتجاع المعدي المريئي (GERD) والتهاب المريء التآكلي.
• يعالج قرحة المعدة وقرحة الإثني عشر النشطة.
• يُستخدم في حالات متلازمة زولينجر–إليسون التي تتسبب في زيادة إفراز الحمض المعدي.
• يدخل ضمن بروتوكولات علاج جرثومة المعدة (بكتيريا H. pylori) عند تناوله مع المضادات الحيوية.
• يساعد على الوقاية من التقرحات الناتجة عن استخدام مضادات الالتهاب غير الستيرويدية (NSAIDs).
• يخفف من حرقة المعدة المتكررة (مرتين أو أكثر أسبوعيًا) عند الاستخدام بدون وصفة طبية لمدة تصل إلى 14 يومًا متتالية.

طريقة استخدام أقراص أوميز 20

• الجرعة المعتادة: كبسولة واحدة 20 مجم مرة يومياً قبل الطعام على معدة فارغة (يفضل قبل الإفطار بساعة).
• في حالة علاج H. pylori: 
• 20 مجم كل 12 ساعة مع المضادات الحيوية لمدة 10–14 يومًا.
• لعلاج الارتجاع المعدي المريئي أو القرحة:
• عادة لمدة 4- 8 أسابيع، وقد تمتد حسب توصية الطبيب.
• يجب بلع الكبسولة كاملة مع كمية كافية من الماء، وفي حال صعوبة البلع يمكن فتح الكبسولة ورش محتواها على ملعقة من عصير التفاح وابتلاعها فوراً دون مضغ.
• لا تتجاوز مدة الاستخدام بدون وصفة طبية 14 يومًا، ولا تُكرر الدورة العلاجية إلا بعد مرور 4 أشهر على الأقل.

الآثار الجانبية 

• صداع.
• غثيان.
• قيء.
• إسهال أو إمساك.
• ألم في المعدة.
• غازات.
• أعراض برد (انسداد الأنف، والتهاب الحلق).
• حمى (خاصة عند الأطفال).
• طفح جلدي.
• دوار.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• يُمنع استخدامه في حال الحساسية لأوميبرازول أو لأي دواء من نفس العائلة (مثل: إيسوميبرازول، ولانسوبرازول، وبانتوبرازول، ورابيبرازول).
• لا يستخدم أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة إلا تحت إشراف طبي.
• استشر الطبيب فورًا في حال ظهور أعراض إنذار مثل: ألم الصدر، أو فقدان وزن غير مبرر، أو قيء دموي، أو براز أسود، أو صعوبة البلع، أو آلام شديدة في المعدة.
• تجنب الاستخدام الطويل بدون متابعة طبية لتقليل خطر نقص الفيتامينات والمعادن أو كسور العظام.
• قد يؤثر على نتائج بعض الفحوصات الطبية، لذا أبلغ طبيبك أنك تستخدمه.

التفاعلات الدوائية

قد يتفاعل مع أدوية مثل:

• ديجوكسين.
• كلوبيدوغريل.
• ميثوتريكسات.
• نبتة سانت جون.
• بعض المدرات (حبوب الماء).
• مضادات حيوية (أموكسيسيلين، وكلاريثروميسين، وريفامبين).
• أدوية فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية المحتوية على ريلبيفيرين.

أخبر طبيبك بجميع الأدوية والمكملات التي تستخدمها لتجنب التداخلات.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة بعيدًا عن الرطوبة والحرارة، وفي عبوة محكمة الإغلاق.
• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
