لينزيس 290 ميكروجرام 30 كبسولة Linzess 290 mcg 30 capsules دواء لعلاج الإمساك المزمن، وكذلك تخفيف أعراض القولون العصبي المصحوب بإمساك، لكن قد تختلف جرعة الدواء حسب الحالة وتقدير الطبيب.

مكونات لينزيس

تحتوي كل كبسولة من دواء ليزنيس على مادة "ليناكلوتايد"، التي تساعد على زيادة إفراز السوائل داخل القولون، مما يجعل البراز لينًا، ويحفّز حركة الأمعاء، ويعالِج الإمساك.

دواعي استعمال لينزيس

يُستخدَم دواء لينزيس في علاج:

• الإمساك.
• متلازمة القولون العصبي مع الإمساك (القولون العصبي قد يكون مصحوبًا بإمساك أو إسهال أو كلاهما معًا).
• الإمساك المزمن مجهول السبب.
• الإمساك الوظيفي لدى الأطفال والمراهقين من 6 - 17 سنة.

جرعة دواء لينزيس

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة حسب حالة المريض.

• يجب تناول الدواء على معدة فارغة، قبل الإفطار ب30 دقيقة على الأقل.
• قد يستغرق الدواء أسبوعين حتى تتحسّن أعراض الإمساك.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء لينزيس

قد يُسبِّب دواء لينزيس بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الإسهال.
• ألم البطن.
• الغازات.
• انتفاخ البطن.
• الغثيان.
• القيء.
• الصداع.

موانع استخدام لينزيس

لا يُستخدَم دواء لينزيس في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
• انسداد الأمعاء.
• الأطفال الأصغر من سنتين.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء لينزيس، خاصةً في حالة الحمل أو الرضاعة.
