ليفوكس 750مجم 5 اقراص، هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعالة ليفوفلوكساسين، وهي مضاد حيوي من مجموعة الكينولونات، تُستخدم لعلاج مجموعة متنوعة من الالتهابات البكتيرية لدى البالغين (18 سنة فما فوق).

فوائد واستخدامات مضاد ليفوكس 750

تُستخدم أقراص ليفوكس لعلاج الالتهابات البكتيرية التالية:

• التهاب الجيوب الأنفية الحاد.
• التفاقم الحاد لالتهاب الشعب الهوائية المزمن.
• الالتهاب الرئوي المكتسب من المجتمع.
• التهابات المسالك البولية البسيطة والمعقدة، بما في ذلك التهاب الحويضة والكلية.
• التهاب البروستاتا البكتيري المزمن.
• التهابات الجلد والأنسجة الرخوة.

ملحوظة: لا يُستخدم لعلاج الالتهابات الفيروسية مثل: نزلات البرد أو الأنفلونزا.

 طريقة استخدام ليفوكس 750

• يُؤخذ عن طريق الفم، ويفضل بلع القرص كاملاً مع كمية كافية من الماء.
• يمكن تناوله مع الطعام أو بدونه.
• يُفضل الابتعاد عن مكملات الحديد، ومضادات الحموضة، أو الأدوية المحتوية على ألومنيوم/مغنيسيوم قبل ساعتين أو بعد ساعتين من تناول الدواء.
• الجرعة وعدد الأيام يحددها الطبيب وفق نوع وشدة العدوى.

الآثار الجانبية 

قد تشمل الآثار الجانبية ما يلي:

• آلام أو تورم أو التهاب الأوتار، خاصة في وتر أخيل.
• دوار، أو نعاس، أو دوخة.
• غثيان، أو إسهال، أو اضطرابات هضمية.
• طفح جلدي أو تفاعلات تحسسية.
• تغيرات في مستوى السكر في الدم.
• مشاكل في السمع أو الرؤية.

في حال ظهور أي من هذه الأعراض، يجب التوقف عن استخدام الدواء واستشارة الطبيب فورًا.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

يجب الحذر عند استخدام ليفوكس إذا كنت تعاني من أي من الحالات التالية:

• مشاكل في الأوتار أو تاريخ سابق لتمزق الأوتار.
• المرضى الذين يتناولون أدوية الستيرويدات.
• مشاكل في الكلى.
• الإصابة باضطرابات مستوى السكر في الدم.
• مشاكل في القلب أو اضطرابات نفسية أو عصبية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

قد يتفاعل ليفوكس مع:

• الستيرويدات (مثل: بريدنيزون): زيادة خطر التهاب أو تمزق الأوتار.
• مضادات الحموضة أو مكملات المعادن: تقليل امتصاص ليفوكس.
• أدوية مضادة للتخثر (مثل: الوارفارين): زيادة خطر النزيف.
• أدوية مضادة للصرع أو مضادة للاكتئاب: زيادة خطر النوبات.
• أدوية مضادة للفطريات أو مضادة للبكتيريا الأخرى: زيادة خطر الآثار الجانبية.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد عن 30 درجة مئوية.
• يُحفظ في العبوة الأصلية بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.
• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا يُستخدم بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المدون على العبوة.
