جينو ميكوزال 400 ملجم 3 تحاميل مهبيلية – علاج قوي للالتهابات الفطرية المهبلية

تحاميل جاينو ميكوزال 400، هو دواء مهبلي يحتوي على المادة الفعالة نترات الميكونازول، وهي من مضادات الفطريات والمطهرات، يُستخدم خصيصًا في علاج الالتهابات النسائية الناتجة عن الفطريات والبكتيريا.

فوائد واستخدامات تحاميل جاينو ميكوزال 400

• علاج داء المبيضات المهبلي والفرجي الناتج عن فطر الكانديدا.
• المساعدة في القضاء على العدوى المصاحبة الناتجة عن البكتيريا الموجبة لصبغة غرام.
• يخفف من الأعراض المصاحبة مثل: الحكة، والاحمرار، والإفرازات.

طريقة استخدام تحاميل جاينو ميكوزال 400

• الجرعة المعتادة: تحميلة مهبلية واحدة (400 ملجم) توضع عميقًا داخل المهبل مرة واحدة يوميًا قبل النوم، لمدة 3 أيام متتالية.
• في الحالات الشديدة قد يوصي الطبيب بعلاج لمدة 6 أيام.
• يجب الالتزام بفترة العلاج كاملة حتى في حال تحسن الأعراض سريعًا.
• يمكن استخدام التحاميل أثناء فترة الحيض.
• أفضل وضع للاستعمال: الاستلقاء على الظهر مع ثني الركبتين وإبعاد الفخذين.

الآثار الجانبية 

قد لا تظهر لدى جميع المستخدمات، ولكنها قد تشمل:

• حكة أو حرقة مهبلية.
• ألم أو نزيف مهبلي.
• إفرازات غير طبيعية.
• صداع أو آلام بالمعدة.
• عدوى في المسالك البولية.
• طفح جلدي أو شرى.
• نادرة جدًا: تحسس شديد (صدمة تأقية)، وتورم الوجه أو اللسان (وذمة وعائية)، وتهيج أو حكة مهبلية.

في حال حدوث تحسس أو تهيج شديد يجب التوقف عن العلاج واستشارة الطبيب فورًا.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• لا يُستخدم في حال وجود حساسية تجاه الميكونازول أو أي من مكونات الدواء.
• يجب اتباع عادات النظافة الشخصية مثل:
• استخدام مناشف وملابس داخلية منفصلة.
• تغيير الملابس الداخلية بانتظام.
• قد يحتاج الشريك للعلاج أيضًا لتجنب تكرار العدوى.
• لا يسبب الدواء تلطيخ الملابس أو الجلد.
• لا يُستخدم مع الواقي الذكري أو الحجاب العازل الأنثوي المصنوعين من اللاتكس، فقد يقلل الدواء من فعاليتهما.
• لم يُثبت أمان استخدامه لدى الأطفال والمراهقين أقل من 18 سنة.
• يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل الاستخدام أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

قد يتداخل جاينو-ميكوزال مع بعض الأدوية مثل:

• مضادات التخثر الفموية (مثل: الوارفارين).
• أدوية السكري الفموية.
• الفينيتوين (لعلاج الصرع).

لذلك يجب إبلاغ الطبيب أو الصيدلي بجميع الأدوية التي تُستخدم حاليًا.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا يُستخدم بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المدون على العبوة.
• يُخزن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30°م بعيدًا عن الحرارة المباشرة.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
