أكويبتا 60 مجم دواء يُستخدَم في الوقاية من نوبات الصداع النصفي، خاصةً لمن تتكرّر لديه تلك النوبات أكثر من 4 أيام في الشهر.
مكونات أكويبتا
يحتوي أكويبتا على مادة "أتوجيبانت"، التي تعمل عبر حجب نشاط الببتيد المرتبط بجين الكالسيتونين (CGRP)، المرتبط بالصداع النصفي، مما يُسهِم في تقليل نوبات الصداع النصفي.
دواعي استعمال أكويبتا
يُستخدَم دواء أكويبتا للبالغين في الوقاية من الصداع النصفي للذين يُعانُون منه لمدة 4 أيام على الأقل في الشهر.
جرعة أقراص أكويبتا
- يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من أقراص أكويبتا.
- الجرعة المعتادة قرص واحد 60 مجم يوميًا.
- قد يقلِّل الطبيب الجرعة في حالة تناول دواءٍ آخر أو المعاناة من مشكلات الكلى.
- يمكن تناول دواء أكويبتا مع الأكل أو من دونه.
- يجب عدم التوقف عن تناول الدواء تلقائيًا، بل يجب استشارة الطبيب أولًا، لأنّ الأعراض قد تعود مع التوقف عن تناول الدواء.
الآثار الجانبية لأكويبتا
قد يُسبِّب دواء أكويبتا بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- الغثيان.
- الإمساك.
- النعاس.
- انخفاض الشهية.
- فقدان الوزن.
- زيادة مستويات إنزيمات الكبد.
موانع استخدام أكويبتا
لا يُستخدَم دواء أكويبتا في حالة:
- فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
- الأطفال والمراهقين الأصغر من 18 سنة.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء أكويبتا، خاصةً في حالة:
- مرض الكلى.
- مرض الكبد.
أكويبتا للحامل
لا يُوصَى باستخدام دواء أكويبتا للحامل، ومِنْ ثَمّ يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناوله خلال فترة الحمل أو في حالة التخطيط للحمل.
أكويبتا والرضاعة
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء أكويبتا خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية.
التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء أكويبتا إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:
- الأدوية المضادة للفطريات، مثل كيتوكونازول.
- حبوب منع الحمل.
- ريفامبيسين.
- ريتونافير.
حفظ الدواء وتخزينه
- يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.
- يُحفَظ في مكان بارد وجاف.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
