أبتاميل أومنيو 1 هو حليب أطفال مخصص للاستخدام الطبي، مصمم خصيصًا لتلبية احتياجات الرضع منذ الولادة وحتى عمر 6 أشهر، يتميز بتركيبته اللطيفة على الجهاز الهضمي، إذ يحتوي على بروتين مُحلل جزئيًا وبيتا بالميتات، مما يساعد في تقليل الانزعاجات الهضمية وتحسين امتصاص الدهون.

طريقة الاستخدام 

1. اغسلي يديكِ جيدًا وعقّمي الزجاجات والحلمات وجميع الأدوات المستخدمة.
2. اغلي ماءًا نقيًا واتركيه ليبرد في الغلاية لمدة 30 دقيقة تقريبًا، حتى تصل حرارته إلى حوالي 40 درجة مئوية.
3. استخدمي فقط الملعقة المرفقة داخل العبوة، وقومي بتسوية المسحوق بظهر سكين نظيف دون الضغط عليه. لا تُضِيفي كمية زائدة.
4. أضيفي المسحوق إلى الماء حسب الكمية المحددة على العبوة (الإفراط أو النقص قد يضر بصحة الطفل)، رجّي الزجاجة المغلقة جيدًا لمدة 10 ثوانٍ حتى يذوب المسحوق تمامًا، ثم ثبّتي الحلمة.
5. تحققي من درجة الحرارة على معصمك قبل الرضاعة (يُفضل أن تكون 37 درجة مئوية).

الحفظ والتخزين

• يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف.
• لا يُخزن في الثلاجة.
• يُستخدم خلال 4 أسابيع من الفتح.

3-What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

**A: Products that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medications, milk, and baby food, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Deodorants and personal care and feminine hygiene products are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective.**

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
