ابتاميل حليب بروسينيو Ha1، هو تركيبة غذائية خاصة للرضع منذ الولادة وحتى عمر 6 أشهر، مخصصة للأطفال الذين لا يرضعون طبيعيًا، وتستخدم تحت إشراف طبي.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

• يحتوي على بروتينات مصل اللبن المُحللة جزئيًا، مما يُساهم في تقليل خطر التحسس عند الرضع.
• مدعّم بـ DHA، بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات القانونية لحليب الرضع، ولدعم نمو الدماغ والرؤية.
• يحتوي على مزيج البريبايوتكس GOS/FOS لدعم صحة الجهاز الهضمي وتعزيز توازن البكتيريا النافعة.
• مدعّم ببكتيريا نافعة من نوع Bifidobacterium breve لدعم المناعة وصحة الأمعاء.
• مناسب للرضع منذ الولادة وحتى عمر 6 أشهر.

طريقة الاستخدام 

1. اغسلي يديك جيدًا، واطمئني إلى نظافة الأدوات والرضّاعة وتعقيمها.
2. اغلي ماء الشرب واتركيه يبرد حتى 40 درجة مئوية تقريبًا.
3. صبّي الكمية المطلوبة من الماء في الزجاجة (حسب جدول التغذية).
4. أضيفي العدد المحدد من المكاييل باستخدام الملعقة المرفقة، وامسحي الزائد دون ضغط.
5. رجّي الزجاجة جيدًا لمدة 10 ثوانٍ حتى يذوب المسحوق تمامًا.
6. اختبري حرارة الحليب قبل تقديمه لطفلك (درجة حرارة لا تتجاوز 37 درجة مئوية).
7. قدّمي الزجاجة مباشرة بعد التحضير، ولا تعيدي تسخين الحليب أو تحتفظي بالبقايا.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• حليب ابتاميل بروسينيو Ha1 ليس بديلًا تامًا لحليب الأم، ويُستخدم فقط تحت إشراف طبي، خصوصًا في حالات عدم القدرة على الرضاعة الطبيعية.
• لا يُستخدم للأطفال المصابين بحساسية بروتين حليب البقر أو ضعف المناعة.
• لا تستخدمي الميكروويف في التسخين.
• لا تضيفي سكرًا أو أي طعام آخر إلى الحليب.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• قبل الفتح: يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف (أقل من 25°C، دون تبريد).
• بعد الفتح: أغلقي العبوة جيدًا واحفظيها في مكان جاف وبارد، واستخدميها خلال 4 أسابيع.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.
