بخاخ أكتيف هو مسكن موضعي مُخصص للاستخدام الخارجي على العضلات والمفاصل. يجمع تركيبة فريدة من الجلوكوزامين، وكبريتات الكوندرويتين، والكافور، والزيوت العطرية، ومستخلصات عشبية متنوعة، للمساعدة في تخفيف آلام الجهاز العضلي الهيكلي وتعزيز فعالية العلاج بالتدليك.

دواعي الاستعمال

يُستخدم أكتيف سبراي من أجل:

• تخفيف آلام العضلات والمفاصل الطفيفة مؤقتًا.
• تقليل التصلب وعدم الراحة في الظهر والكتفين والرقبة والركبتين.
• تعزيز فوائد التدليك لاستشفاء العضلات.
  
  

طريقة الاستخدام بخاخ اكتيف

• ضع كمية مناسبة من أكتيف سبراي على المنطقة المصابة.
• دلّك بلطف حتى يتم امتصاصه.
• يُستخدم حتى مرتين يوميًا أو حسب توجيهات مقدم الرعاية الصحية.
  
  

الآثار الجانبية لبخاخ اكتيف 

شائعة:

• احمرار الجلد
• تهيّج خفيف

نادرة: تفاعلات تحسسية (مثل الطفح الجلدي، الحكة)

موانع الاستخدام

لا يُستخدم في الحالات التالية:

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• بخاخ اكتيف للاستخدام الخارجي فقط.
• تجنّب ملامسة العينين والأغشية المخاطية.
• لا يُوضع على الجروح المفتوحة.
• في حال الحمل أو الرضاعة، يُستحسن استشارة مقدم رعاية صحية قبل الاستخدام.
• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
  
  

التفاعلات الدوائية

لم يتم الإبلاغ عن تفاعلات دوائية ذات أهمية. ومع ذلك، يجب استشارة الطبيب أو مقدم الرعاية الصحية في حال استخدام أدوية موضعية أخرى في نفس الوقت.

الاستخدام أثناء الحمل والرضاعة

لم يتم إثبات أمان استخدام أكتيف سبراي خلال الحمل أو الرضاعة. يُستخدم فقط تحت إشراف طبي.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة (لا تتجاوز 30 درجة مئوية).
• يُحفظ في مكان جاف، بعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
