نيودكس 5 مل قطرة تُستخدَم في تخفيف التهابات العين والأذن الناجمة عن عدوى بكتيرية؛ إذ تحتوي على مضاد حيوي فعال ومادة مُضادة للالتهابات.

دواعي استعمال قطرة نيودكس

تُستخدَم قطرة نيودكس في:

• تخفيف التهابات العين الناجمة عن عدوى بكتيرية، مثل التهاب الملتحمة.
• علاج التهاب الأذن الخارجية الناجم عن عدوى بكتيرية.

تعليمات استخدام قطرة نيودكس

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من قطرات نيودكس 5 مل.
• يجب استشارة الطبيب إذا لم يكُن هناك أي تحسّن في غضون يومين.
• قد يؤدي استخدام القطرة لفترة طويلة إلى عدوى فطرية في العين.
• لا تستخدم قطرات نيودكس للأذن أو العين لفترة طويلة دون الرجوع إلى الطبيب أولًا.
• إذا تجاوزت مدة العلاج 10 أيام، فيجب إجراء اختبارات لقياس الضغط داخل العين.
• يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة الصلبة قبل وضع قطرة نيودكس، ويمكن إعادة ارتداء العدسات بعد ذلك بـ15 دقيقة.
• لا يجب استخدام العدسات اللاصقة اللينة في حالة استخدام قطرات نيودكس.
• قد تُسبِّب القطرة عدم وضوح الرؤية، لذا يجب تجنّب قيادة السيارات أو الآلات بعد استخدامها.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة نيودكس

قد تُسبِّب قطرة نيودكس بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• عدم وضوح الرؤية.
• تورّم الجفن أو الحساسية تجاه الضوء.
• زيادة الضغط داخل العين، بما قد يُسبِّب صداعًا.
• الشعور بحُرقة أو لسع في العين.

موانع استخدام قطرة نيودكس

لا تُستخدَم قطرة نيودكس للأذن أو العين في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• التهاب القرنية الهربسي.
• العدوى الفيروسية أو الفطرية في العين.
• داء السل في العين.
• إصابة العين بعد إزالة جسم غريب منها.
• الأطفال الأصغر من سنتين.
• الإصابة بعدوى ناجمة عن بكتيريا فقط.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة نيودكس، خاصةً في حالة:

• الرضاعة الطبيعية أو الحمل.
• المعاناة حاليًا أو سابقًا من الربو.
• الإصابة حاليًا أو سابقًا بمشكلات العين، مثل الجلوكوما أو تلف العصب البصري أو المياه البيضاء.
• مرض السكري.
• ضعف السمع.
• الحساسية تجاه نوع معين من الطعام أو الأدوية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة نيودكس إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• الستيرويدات الفموية، مثل بريدنيزون.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزَّن في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 15 - 30 درجة مئوية، بعيدًا عن الضوء.
• لا تستخدم قطرة نيودكس لأكثر من 30 يومًا بعد فتحها أول مرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?
