نيوتريني درينك هو مكمل غذائي مخصص للأطفال من عمر سنة حتى ١٢ سنة، الذين يعانون من سوء التغذية أو ضعف الشهية أو الحالات التي تتطلب تغذية إضافية، وهو يُستخدم تحت إشراف طبي لتلبية الاحتياجات الغذائية اليومية عندما لا يستطيع الطفل الحصول على كفايته من العناصر الغذائية من الطعام العادي.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

• يستخدم نيوتريني درينك للدعم الغذائي للأطفال في الحالات التالية:
• سوء التغذية المرتبط بالأمراض لدى الأطفال.
• مرضى سوء التغذية الذين يحتاجون إلى معدلات طاقة وبروتين مرتفعة.
• حالات فشل النمو.
• يمكن تحضيره بتركيزات طاقة مختلفة: 1، 1.5، أو 2 كيلو كالوري/مل، مما يتيح مرونة في التحضير حسب الحاجة.
• عند التحضير بتركيز 1.5 كيلو كالوري/مل، يوفر 6.8 غرام من البروتين لكل 200 مل.
• نيوتريني درينك مناسب كمصدر غذائي كامل أو كمكمل للأطفال من عمر سنة إلى 12 سنة.
• يتميز بتركيبة مصممة خصيصًا لاحتياجات الأطفال، بكمية دهون أعلى، وبروتين وحديد أقل مقارنةً بمكملات البالغين.

طريقة التحضير 

لتحضير 100 مل بتخفيف قياسي (1.5 كيلو كالوري/مل):

1. أضيفي 5 ملاعق مستوية (30.4 غرام) من المسحوق إلى 75 مل من الماء.
2. حركي المزيج جيدًا حتى يذوب تمامًا.
3. استخدمي التركيبة المحضّرة خلال ساعتين فقط.
4. تخلصي من أي كمية غير مستخدمة.
5. يُحدد الطبيب المختص طريقة الاستخدام والكمية المناسبة.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُغلق الغطاء بإحكام بعد كل استخدام.
• يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف.
• بعد فتح العبوة، يجب استخدامها خلال شهر واحد.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
