نيرفان فيتامين ب12، هو مكمل غذائي يحتوي على المادة الفعالة ميثيل كوبالامين بتركيز 500 ميكروجرام، وهي الشكل النشط من فيتامين ب12، ويستخدم نرفان لدعم الأعصاب والمساعدة في علاج فقر الدم أيضًا.

ما هو علاج نيرفان؟

• يحتوي JP Nervan 500 على المادة الفعالة ميثيل كوبالامين، وهي الشكل النشط من فيتامين ب12، الذي له العديد من الفوائد للجسم مثل:
• تكوين خلايا الدم الحمراء.
• يساهم في دعم وظائف الأعصاب والحفاظ على صحتها.
• تخليق الحمض النووي.

لماذا يستخدم النيرفان؟

• علاج نقص فيتامين ب12 (Vitamin B12 deficiency).
• علاج فقر الدم الخبيث.
• علاج حالات اعتلال الأعصاب الناتج عن نقص فيتامين ب12 (neuropathy).
• قد تساعد حبوب نرفان في تخفيف الألم والتنميل الناتج عن نقص فيتامين ب12. 

طريقة استخدام نرفان لدعم الأعصاب

• الجرعة الموصى بها هي قرص واحد يوميًا عن طريق الفم، أو كما يوصي الطبيب المختص.
• يُفضّل تناول الدواء على معدة فارغة قبل الأكل ب30 دقيقة أو بعده بساعتين.
• يجب ابتلاع القرص كاملًا دون مضغ أو تكسير.

الآثار الجانبية 

يعتبر فيتامين ب 12 آمن لمعظم الأشخاص حتى عند تناوله بجرعات كبيرة، ولكن قد يسبب بعض الآثار الجانبية الطفيفة مثل:

• الصداع.
• القيء أو الغثيان.
• فقدان الشهية.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

• يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام هذا المنتج في حالة الحمل والرضاعة الطبيعية.
• لا يجب تجاوز الجرعة اليومية الموصى بها.
•  يُنصح باتباع تعليمات الطبيب أو الصيدلي فيما يتعلق بالجرعة ومدة العلاج.
• يجب إخبار الطبيب إذا كنت تعاني من أي حالات صحية أخرى.
• تجنب استخدام هذا المنتج إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية تجاه مادة ميثيل كوبالامين أو من المكونات الأخرى لهذا المنتج.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
