نولفادكس 10 ملجم 30 قرص

هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة تاموكسيفين وهو يعتبر علاج هرموني يستخدم لعلاج سرطان الثدي، إذ أنه يمنع عمل هرمون الإستروجين، وهو هرمون جنسي طبيعي أنثوي يمكنه أن يساعد في بعض أنواع سرطان الثدي، خلايا السرطان على النمو، قد يتناول بعض الأشخاص أدوية التاموكسيفين لتقليل خطر الإصابة بسرطان الثدي.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

• علاج سرطان الثدي.
•  تقليل الإصابة بسرطان الثدي لدى النساء المعرضات لخطر كبير.
• يستخدم نولفاديكس لعلاج العقم الناتج عن عدم الإباضة.

طريقة الاستخدام

• يتم تحديد جرعة نولفاديكس المناسبة لكل حالة بواسطة الطبيب.
• يجب تناول حبوب نولفاديكس في نفس الوقت تقريبًا كل يوم (قبل أو بعد أو مع الطعام).
• قد يتناول معظم الأشخاص الأدوية التي تحتوي على المادة الفعّالة تاموكسيفين لمدة خمس سنوات على الأقل، وأحيانًا تصل إلى عشر سنوات. 

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

لا يجب استخدام نولفاديكس إذا كنتِ تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية:

• إذا كنت حاملًا أو تحاولين الحمل أو تقومين بالرضاعة الطبيعية. 
• لا تستخدمي NOLVADEX إذا كنت تعانين من حساسية تجاه مادة التاموكسيفين أو أي من المكونات الأخرى في NOLVADEX.
• كنت تتناولين أدوية تستخدم لمنع تجلط الدم مثل: الوارفارين.
• كنت تعاني من تجلط الأوردة العميقة (DVT - جلطات الدم في أوردة ساقك) أوالانسداد الرئوي (جلطات الدم

            في رئتيك).

• لا يجب إعطاء NOLVADEX للأطفال.
• لا يجب تناول هذا الدواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المطبوع على العبوة.
• لا تعطي هذا الدواء لأي شخص آخر، حتى لو كان لديه نفس حالتك.

الآثار الجانبية 

قد تشمل الآثار الجانبية لمادة التاموكسيفين ما يلي:

• أعراض تشبه أعراض انقطاع الطمث، بما في ذلك الهبات الساخنة والتعرق الليلي وجفاف المهبل.

• زيادة الوزن، أو احتباس السوائل (الوذمة).

• عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية أو انقطاعها.

• تورم الساق.

• الغثيان.
• الإفرازات المهبلية.

• الطفح الجلدي.

• التعب.

• الصداع.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال. 
• يحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.

• تحتوي أقراص نولفادكس 10 مجم على 10 مجم من المادة الفعّالة تاموكسيفين.
• مواد أخرى:
• نشا الذرة.
• لاكتوز أحادي الهيدرات.
• كروسكارميلوز الصوديوم.
• جيلاتين.
• ستيرات المغنيسيوم (572).
• هايبروميلوز (464).
• ماكروغول 300.
• ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم (171).

1-How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

2-What is the return and exchange policy in the Al-Jawaher online store?

The customer has the right to request the return of an order within three days of receiving it; Provided that the product has not been used or opened and that the product is free of any defect or that the products are excluded from return or exchange

3-What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

**A: Products that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medications, milk, and baby food, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Deodorants and personal care and feminine hygiene products are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective.**

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
