نستله ببتامين هو مكمل غذائي متكامل ومتوازن، مُصمم خصيصًا للأشخاص الذين يعانون من ضعف أو اضطراب في وظائف الجهاز الهضمي، إذ إنه يحتوي على بروتين مصل اللبن المتحلل بنسبة 100%، مما يجعله سهل الهضم والامتصاص.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

• يحتوي على ببتيدات مصل اللبن عالية الجودة بنسبة 100%.
• خالي من اللاكتوز والغلوتين.
• مناسب للتغذية عن طريق الفم أو الأنبوب.
• يمكن استخدامه كمصدر وحيد للتغذية.
• يحتوي على 70% من الدهون على شكل دهون ثلاثية متوسطة السلسلة (MCT).
• لا يزيد نسبة السكر في الدم.

طريقة استخدام نستله ببتامين حمية ببتيد كاملة - نكهة الفانيليا - 400 جم

• يُستخدم حسب توجيهات الطبيب سواء كمكمل غذائي فموي أو للتغذية الأنبوبية.
• لتحضير 250 مل: 
• 6 مغارف (55 جم) + 210 مل ماء.
• لتحضير 1000 مل:
•  25 مغرفة (220 جم) + 840 مل ماء.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• يُستخدم تحت إشراف طبي فقط.
• غير مناسب للأطفال دون عمر 10 سنوات.
• غير مخصص للاستخدام عن طريق الحقن.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
