ميكرولوت 35 قرص هو حبوب لمنع الحمل، يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة ليفونورجيستريل بجرعة منخفضة (0.03 ملجم لكل قرص)، يُستخدم برشام ميكرولوت كأحد الوسائل الهرمونية لمنع الحمل، ويُعتبر من الحبوب أحادية الهرمون (أي التي تحتوي على البروجستين فقط).

استخدامات أقراص ميكرولوت 

• تحتوي أقراص microlut على المادة الفعالة ليفونورجيستريل بتركيز منخفض 0.03 ملجم لكل قرص، وهو يعمل على منع حدوث الحمل من خلال:
• زيادة سُمك مخاط عنق الرحم، مما يعيق حركة الحيوانات المنوية ويمنع وصولها إلى البويضة.
•  يُحدث تغييرات في بطانة الرحم، مما يجعلها غير مهيأة لزرع البويضة المخصبة.
• في بعض الحالات، قد يثبط عملية الإباضة، ويمنع خروج البويضة من المبيض.

طريقة استخدام ميكرولوت حبوب منع الحمل 

• يُؤخذ قرص واحد يوميًا في نفس الوقت، دون انقطاع بين العبوات.
• يحتوي الشريط على 35 قرص، مما يعني أن كل عبوة تغطي 5 أسابيع.
• يُنصح بالبدء في تناول الحبوب في اليوم الأول من الدورة الشهرية لضمان فعالية فورية.
• إذا تم البدء في أي يوم آخر، يجب استخدام وسيلة منع حمل إضافية لمدة 7 أيام.
• يجب تناول الأقراص كاملة دون تكسير مع كوب من الماء.

موانع الاستعمال

يجب عدم تناول برشام منع الحمل microlut إذا كنتِ تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية:

• الحمل أو الاشتباه به.
• سرطان الثدي .
• وجود جلطات دموية أو تاريخ مرضي لها.
• أمراض الكبد الحادة.

ماذا أفعل في حالة تأخير حبوب منع الحمل ميكرولوت لمدة ساعة؟

• إذا تأخرتِ في تناول حبة ميكرولوت لمدة ساعة واحدة، فإن ذلك لا يقلل من فعالية الحبوب، بشرط تناول الحبة فور تذكرها والاستمرار في تناول الحبوب التالية في مواعيدها المعتادة.
• من المهم تناول الحبوب في نفس الوقت يوميًا للحفاظ على فعاليتها.
