مارفيلون 21قرص

هي حبوب منع حمل مركبة تُستخدم لمنع الحمل بفعالية، إذ يحتوي كل قرص على 0.15 ملجم من ديسوجيستريل (بروجستيرون صناعي) و0.03 ملجم من إيثينيل إستراديول (إستروجين صناعي)، وهي حبوب يتم تناولها حبة واحدة كل يوم لمدة 21 يومًا، تليها 7 أيام راحة لا تتناولين فيها أي حبوب.

فوائد واستخدامات حبوب مارفيلون 

• تحتوي حبوب مارفيلون على نوعين من الهرمونات الجنسية الأنثوية، الإستروجين والبروجيستوجين،  وتستخدم هذه الحبوب لمنع الحمل عن طريق:
• منع الإباضة (إطلاق البويضة من المبيض).
• تكثيف مخاط عنق الرحم مما يجعل من الصعب على الحيوانات المنوية الوصول إلى البويضة.
• قد تساعد في جعل الدورة الشهرية منتظمة وأخف وأقل إيلامًا
• قد تساعد في علاج أعراض ما قبل الحيض.
• لا تحمي Marvelon من الأمراض المنقولة جنسيًا، لذا يُنصح باستخدام وسائل حماية إضافية مثل الواقي الذكري عند الحاجة.

طريقة استخدام مارفيلون 

• اتبعي اتجاه الأسهم الموجودة على الشريط، تناولي حبة واحدة يوميًا في نفس الوقت لمدة 21 يومًا متتالية، تليها فترة راحة لمدة 7 أيام بدون حبوب.
• خلال فترة الراحة، يحدث نزيف يشبه الدورة الشهرية.
•  بعد فترة الراحة، يتم بدء عبوة جديدة بغض النظر عن استمرار النزيف أو توقفه.
• ابتلعي كل حبة كاملة، مع الماء إذا لزم الأمر (لا تمضغي الحبة).

أضرار حبوب مارفيلون الجانبية 

• صداع.
• زيادة الوزن.
• مشاكل الثدي (مثل: ألم الثدي أو حساسيته).
• الاكتئاب أو تغيرات المزاج.
• مشاكل المعدة (مثل: الغثيان أو آلام البطن).

موانع استعمال مانع الحمل مارفيلون

لا يجب استخدام حبوب مارفيلون إذا كنت تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية: 

• وجود جلطة دموية حالية أو سابقة (مثل تجلط الأوردة العميقة أو الانصمام الرئوي).
• اضطرابات تخثر الدم.
• تاريخ مرض قلبي أو سكتة دماغية.
• ارتفاع ضغط الدم غير المسيطر عليه.
• بعض أنواع الصداع النصفي.
• مشاكل في الكبد.
• سرطان الثدي.
• نزيف مهبلي غير مبرر.

يُنصح بإجراء فحوصات طبية دورية أثناء استخدام Marvelon لمراقبة الحالة الصحية العامة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

 قد تتفاعل حبوب Marvelon مع بعض الأدوية، مما قد يقلل من فعاليتها، مثل:

• بعض المضادات الحيوية.

• أدوية الصرع.

• أدوية فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية.

• نبتة سانت جون. 

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا تستخدم مارفيلون بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية الموضح على العبوة الخارجية. 
• يحفظ مارفيلون في درجة حرارة أقل من 25 درجة مئوية (ليس في الثلاجة)، في العبوة الأصلية، بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.

مكونات حبوب منع الحمل مارفيلون

• يحتوي كل قرص على: 150 ميكروجرام من البروجيستوجين ديسوجيستريل، و30 ميكروجرام من الإستروجين إيثينيل إستراديول.
• مكونات أخرى:
• دي إل-ألفا-توكوفيرول.
• نشا البطاطس.
• بوفيدون.
• حمض الستيريك.
• إيروسول.
• لاكتوز.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
