مكونات قطرة لوميجان
تحتوي قطرة لوميجان على المادة الفعالة "بيماتوبروست"، أحد نظائر البروستاجلاندين، التي تقلِّل ضغط العين، من خلال زيادة تصريف سائل العين.
دواعي استعمال قطرة لوميجان
تُستخدَم قطرة لوميجان في:
- علاج الجلوكوما.
- خفض ضغط العين المرتفع.
طريقة استخدام قطرة لوميجان
- يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة.
- الجرعة المُعتادة قطرة واحدة في العين المُصابة يوميًا أو حسب إرشادات الطبيب.
- يُفضّل استخدام القطرة في المساء.
- يُفضّل استخدام قطرة لوميجان في نفس الموعد كل يوم.
- يجب الانتظار 15 دقيقة قبل استخدام أي قطرة أخرى للعين.
- يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة قبل استخدام قطرة لوميجان، ويمكن إعادة ارتدائها بعد مرور 15 دقيقة من استخدام القطرة.
- يجب غسل اليدين جيدًا قبل استخدام القطرة.
- تجنّب ملامسة طرف القطرة لسطح العين في أثناء الاستخدام.
اضرار قطرة لوميجان للرموش والعين
قد تُسبِّب قطرة لوميجان بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:
- احمرار العين.
- جفاف العين.
- حكّة أو تهيّج العين.
- اسمرار المنطقة المحيطة بالعين.
- زيادة نموّ الرموش.
- اسمرار الرموش.
- اسمرار الجزء المُلوّن من العين "القزحية".
موانع استخدام قطرة لوميجان
لا تُستخدَم قطرة لوميجان في حالة فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات
يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة لوميجان، خاصةً في حالة:
- التهاب العين حاليًا أو سابقًا، مثل التهاب العنبية.
- سبق إجراء جراحة في العين.
- عدم وجود عدسة في العين.
- زراعة عدسة صناعية بعد جراحة المياه البيضاء.
- وجود مشكلات أخرى في العين.
- اعتلال الشبكية السكري.
- هبوط ضغط الدم أو بطء ضربات القلب.
- مشكلات الرئتين أو الجهاز التنفسي.
- مشكلات الكلى أو الكبد.
- الحمل أو الرضاعة.
التفاعلات الدوائية
يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل استخدام قطرة لوميجان إلى جانب أي قطرة أخرى للعين، خاصةً قطرات الجلوكوما.
تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين
- تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
- تُخزَّن في مكان بارد وجاف.
- لا تستخدم القطرة بعد مرور 28 يومًا من فتحها أول مرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.
After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.
In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.
5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
