كلاسجين 0.5 ملجم/مل قطرة للعين، تساعد على زيادة إنتاج الدموع في حالات بعينها، مثل التهاب القرنية والملتحمة الجاف، وتُستخدَم تحت إشرافٍ طبي.

مكونات قطرة كلاسجين

تحتوي قطرة كلاسجين على المادة الفعالة "سيكلوسبورين" تركيز 0.05%، أحد مثبّطات المناعة، التي تستخدَم في زيادة إنتاج دموع العين في حالات مُعيّنة.

دواعي استعمال قطرة كلاسجين

تُستخدَم قطرة كلاسجين في زيادة إنتاج الدموع لدى المرضى الذين يُفترَض توقّف إنتاج الدموع لديهم نتيجة التهاب العين المُصاحِب لالتهاب القرنية والملتحمة الجاف.

جرعة قطرة كلاسجين

ضع قطرة واحدة في كل عين مرتين يوميًا (مرة كل 12 ساعة).

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة كلاسجين

قد تُسبِّب قطرة كلاسجين بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• حرقة العين.
• احمرار العين.
• ألم العين.
• الحكّة.
• الإحساس بجسمٍ غريب في العين.
• عدم وضوح الرؤية.

موانع استخدام قطرة كلاسجين

لا تُستخدَم قطرة كلاسجين في حالة:

• وجود عدوى نشطة في العين.
• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات القطرة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• تُستخدَم القطرة لأمراض العيون فقط.
• لا تدع طرف الحاوية يلمس عينك وإلّا أصابها.
• يمكن استخدام القطرة بالتزامن مع الدموع الصناعية، مع الفصل بينهما بـ15 دقيقة على الأقل.
• يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة كلاسجين للحامل أو المُرضِع.
• تحتوي القطرة على الفوسفات، ومن النادر جدًا لبعض المرضى المصابين بتلف القرنية أن يصابُوا بتكلّس القرنية بسبب الفوسفات (0.01%).

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزَّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 30 درجة مئوية.
• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن الضوء.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?
