سي 300 مجم كبسولات لعلاج الالتهابات البكتيرية، سواء في الجهاز التنفسي، مثل التهاب الجيوب الأنفية أو الالتهاب الرئوي، أو في الجلد، مثل حب الشباب، أو في غيرها من أماكن الجسم.

مكونات كبسولات دالاسين

تحتوي كل كبسولة من دالاسين سي على 300 مجم من المضاد الحيوي "كلينداميسين"، الذي يثبِّط نمو البكتيريا المُسبِّبة للعدوى.

دواعي استعمال دالاسين سي

تُستخدم حبوب دالاسين سي في علاج:

• عدوى الجهاز التنفسي العلوي، مثل التهاب الحلق، التهاب اللوز، التهاب الجيوب الأنفية، التهاب الأذن الوسطى، حمى سكارليت.

• عدوى الجهاز التنفسي السفلي، مثل التهاب الشعب الهوائية، الالتهاب الرئوي، خُرّاج الرئة.

• عدوى الجلد والأنسجة الرخوة، مثل حب الشباب، الالتهاب الخلوي، الخُرّاج، عدوى الجروح.

• عدوى العظام والمفاصل.

• عدوى الحوض، مثل التهاب بطانة الرحم، التهاب قناة فالوب.

• عدوى داخل البطن، مثل التهاب الصفاق، خُرّاج داخل البطن.

• تعفّن الدم والتهاب بطانة القلب.

• عدوى الأسنان.

جرعة حبوب دالاسين 300

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة حسب حالة المريض.

• يجب تناول الأقراص مع كوب كامل من الماء، مع تجنّب الاستلقاء لمدة 30 دقيقة على الأقل؛ منعًا لتهيّج المريء.

• جرعة البالغين: 150 - 300 مجم كل 6 ساعات.

• جرعة البالغين للعدوى الشديدة: 300 - 450 مجم كل 6 ساعات.

• جرعة الأطفال: 8 - 16 مجم لكل كيلوجرام من وزن الطفل يوميًا؛ مُقسّمة على 3 أو 4 جرعات متساوية.

• جرعة الأطفال للعدوى الشديدة: 16 - 25 مجم لكل كيلوجرام من وزن الطفل يوميًا؛ مُقسّمة على 3 أو 4 جرعات متساوية.

• تُستخدم كبسولات دالاسين سي للأطفال القادرين على بلعها فقط.

الآثار الجانبية لمضاد حيوي دالاسين

• الإسهال.

• ألم البطن.

• طفح جلدي.

• نتائج غير طبيعية لمستويات إنزيمات الكبد.

موانع الاستخدام

لا تُستخدم كبسولات دالاسين سي في حالة فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب إخبار الطبيب بأي مشكلة صحية لديك قبل تناول كبسولات دالاسين سي، خاصةً:

• مشكلات الكلى.

• مشكلات الكبد.

• التهاب المريء.

• الحمل أو الرضاعة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول حبوب دالاسين سي إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية الصرع.

• مضادات الفطريات.

• ريفامبيسين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفظ بعيدًا من متناول الأطفال.

• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 25 درجة مئوية.

• لا يُستخدم الدواء بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المُدوَّن على العبوة.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
