• تستعيد الترطيب والتزليق، كما تعزّز ثبات الطبقات الداخلية للغشاء الدمعي.

• تجنّب ملامسة طرف القطرة لسطح العين في أثناء الاستخدام.
• يجب الانتظار 5 دقائق على الأقل قبل استخدام أي قطرة أخرى للعين، ويُفضّل أن تكون قطرة كاتينوروم هي الأخيرة.
• تُرجّ العبوة جيدًا قبل الاستخدام.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة كاتيونورم

نادرًا جدًا ما تُسبِّب قطرة كاتيورنورم آثارًا جانبية، مثل:

• ألم العين.
• تهيّج العين.
• احمرار العين.
• عدم وضوح الرؤية مؤقتًا.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• للاستخدام الخارجي في العين فقط.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزَّن في درجة حرارة لا تتجاوز 30 درجة مئوية.
• يجب استخدام القطرة في غضون 3 أشهر منذ تاريخ فتحها أول مرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
