جانفورت قطرات للعين، تحتوي على مادتين فعالتين في تقليل ضغط العين المرتفع، وعلاج الجلوكوما، ومِنْ ثمّ حماية العصب البصري المسؤول عن البصر من التلف بفعل ضغط العين المرتفع.

يحتوي كل 1 مل من قطرة جانفورت على:

دواعي استعمال جانفورت قطرة للعين

تُستخدَم قطرة جانفورت للعين في:

• علاج الجلوكوما.
• تقليل ضغط العين المرتفع.

جرعة قطرة جانفورت وتعليمات الاستخدام

• يجب اتّباع تعليمات الطبيب بشأن الجرعة وطريقة استخدام جانفورت للعين.
• الجُرعة المُعتادة قطرة واحدة في العين المُصابة مرة واحدة يوميًا، ويُفضّل استخدام القطرة في نفس الموعد كل يوم.
• يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة قبل استخدام القطرة، ويمكِن ارتداءها مجددًا بعد مرور 15 دقيقة من استخدام القطرة في العين.
• يجب الانتظار 5 دقائق على الأقل قبل استخدام أي قطرةٍ أخرى للعين.
• في حالة استخدام جل أو مرهم للعين، فيجب أن يكون بعد استخدام القطرة لا قبلها.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة جانفورت

قد تُسبِّب قطرة جانفورت بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• احمرار العين.
• حرقة أو لسع في العين.
• احمرار وحكّة الجفن.
• اسمرار الجفن والبشرة حول العين.
• زيادة طول الرموش.
• تهيّج العين.
• سيلان الأنف.
• الصداع.
• تغيّر لون القزحية إلى لون أغمق (غير شائع).

موانع استخدام قطرة جانفورت

لا تُستخدَم قطرة جانفورت في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• سبق الإصابة بمشكلات تنفسية، مثل الربو أو مرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن.
• بطء أو عدم انتظام ضربات القلب أو مشكلات القلب.
• الأطفال والمراهقين الأصغر من 18 سنة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة جانفورت، خاصةً في حالة:

• مرض الشريان التاجي.
• هبوط ضغط الدم.
• قصور القلب.
• مشكلات الدورة الدموية، مثل متلازمة رينود.
• فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية.
• مرض السكري.
• مشكلات الكلى أو الكبد.
• مشكلات سطح العين.
• جراحة المياه البيضاء.
• الحمل والرضاعة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة جانفورت إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية ضغط الدم.
• أدوية القلب.
• أدوية السكري.
• أدوية الاكتئاب.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزَّن في عبوتها الأصلية بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.
• القطرة للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط، ولا تحتوي على مواد حافظة، لذا تخلّص من أي محلول متبقِّي بعد الاستخدام.
• بعد إزالة عبوة الجرعة الواحدة مرة واحدة من الكيس، يجب استخدامها في غضون 7 أيام.
• يجب الاحتفاظ بكل عبوات الجرعة الواحدة في الكيس، والتخلص منها بعد مرور 10 أيام منذ فتح الكيس.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
