فورتيني 1.0 شراب مالتي فايبر بالشيكولاتة هو مكمل غذائي متكامل وغني بالطاقة، مخصص للأطفال من عمر سنة وحتى  عمر 12 سنة، يحتوي على تركيبة متوازنة من العناصر الغذائية والألياف، ويُستخدم كغذاء لأغراض طبية خاصة تحت إشراف طبي.

طريقة استخدام فورتيني 1.0 شراب مالتي فايبر بالشيكولاتة

• رج الزجاجة جيدًا قبل الاستخدام.
• جاهز للشرب، ويُفضل تقديمه باردًا.
• إذا تم استهلاكه مباشرة من الزجاجة، يجب التخلص من المتبقي.
• تُحدد الجرعة المناسبة بواسطة الطبيب.
• بعد الفتح، يُحفظ في الثلاجة ويُستهلك خلال 24 ساعة.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• هذا المنتج مناسب كمصدر غذائي وحيد للأطفال من عمر سنة فأكثر.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?
