فلاكسجين بلس كولاجين بودرة، هو مكمل غذائي يتميز بتركيبة متطورة تجمع بين نوعين من الكولاجين: الكولاجين الطبيعي من النوع الثاني، والكولاجين المُحلل، إلى جانب مجموعة من المعادن المهمة مثل: فيتامين ج، فيتامين ب6، الكالسيوم، الفوسفور، المغنيسيوم، المنغنيز، والنحاس، ويستخدم لدعم صحة العظام والمفاصل والغضاريف، بالإضافة إلى دعم صحة الجلد والشعر والأظافر.

الفوائد والاستخدامات 

يحتوي فلاكسجين على الكولاجين وهو نوع من البروتينات موجود في العديد من أنسجة الجسم مثل: الجلد، الغضاريف، العظام، الأربطة، وجدران الأوعية الدموية، إذ يدعم هذه الأنسجة ويحافظ على خصائصها، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يحتوي فلاكسجين أيضًا على تركيبة مميزة لدعم صحة العظام والغضاريف:

• يحتوي على الكالسيوم والفوسفور، وهما ضروريان للحفاظ على صحة العظام، إذ يُخزَّن 99% من الكالسيوم والفوسفور في العظام، مما يُساهم في تقويتها.
• أيضًا يحتوي على المنغنيز والنحاس، وهما يساعدان في حماية الخلايا من الإجهاد التأكسدي.
• يُساهم المنغنيز في بناء الأنسجة الضامة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
