ماما شيكولاتة 30 قطعة، هي مكمل غذائي يحتوي على مزيج من الكالسيوم و فيتامين د3 في شكل قطع ناعمة من الشوكولاتة بالحليب، وتستخدم لدعم صحة العظام والأسنان، والحفاظ على مستوى الكالسيوم الطبيعي في الجسم عادة للنساء والأطفال وكبار السن.

تحتوي قطع شكولاتة ماما شيكولاتة بلس على الكالسيوم وفيتامين د3، وهما ضروريان لصحة الجسم:

• فيتامين د٣: ٤٠٠ وحدة دولية.
• كالسيوم: ٥٠٠ مجم.

• شراب الأرز.
• مواد صلبة من شراب الأرز.
• سكر القصب الخام.
• نكهات طبيعية (مثل: الشوكولاتة بالحليب، الشوكولاتة، الكريمة، الكراميل).
• مستخلص إكليل الجبل.
• مسحوق الكاكاو المعالج بالقلويات.
• مسحوق الحليب منزوع الدسم.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
