سيكلوجست 400مجم 15 لبوسة هو دواء يحتوي على هرمون البروجسترون الطبيعي، ويُستخدم على شكل تحاميل مهبلية أو شرجية، ويُستخدم هذا الدواء لعلاج عدة حالات، منها: علاج متلازمة ما قبل الحيض، اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، تقنيات المساعدة على الإنجاب (ART).

فوائد واستخدامات لبوس سيكلوجست

يحتوي عقار سيكلوجيست على المادة الفعالة البروجسترون، وهو هرمون جنسي أنثوي طبيعي، يتم إنتاجه في الجسم، يتم استخدام سيكلوجيست في الحالات التالية: 

• متلازمة ما قبل الحيض (PMS): تظهر أعراضها عادةً قبل 7 إلى 10 أيام من الدورة الشهرية، وتشمل التوتر، والتهيج، والاكتئاب، والصداع، وألم الثدي، وزيادة الوزن، والانتفاخ.
• اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة: حالة تصيب بعض النساء بعد الولادة.
• دعم التقنيات المساعدة على الإنجاب (ART): يُستخدم لتوفير البروجسترون اللازم لدعم بطانة الرحم وتعزيز فرص الحمل.

طريقة استخدام تحاميل 400سيكلوجست 

• كل جرعة عبارة عن تحميلة واحدة.
• يوصى باستخدام سيكلوجيست مرتين في اليوم.
• ابدئي باستخدام هذا الدواء في يوم استرجاع البويضة في حالة استخدامه لدعم التلقيح الصناعي.
• إذا تم تأكيد الحمل باستخدام التلقيح الصناعي، يمكن استخدام تحاميل سيكلوجست للحامل لمدة 38 يومًا من بداية العلاج أو حسب توصية الطبيب.
• إذا لم يحدث الحمل، فيجب التوقف عن تناول سيكلوجيست.

لعلاج اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة ومتلازمة ما قبل الحيض: يُوصَى باستخدام سيكلوجيست تحاميل مرتين يوميًا.

كيفية استخدام تحاميل سيكلوجست

• يتم إدخال سيكلوجيست في المهبل.
• اغسلي يديك دائمًا جيدًا قبل الإدخال.
• لإدخال التحميلة في المهبل، ضعي التحميلة بين شفتي المهبل وادفعي التحميلة للأعلى وللخلف.
• قد يكون من الأسهل القيام بذلك إذا كنت مستلقية أو في وضع القرفصاء.
• تخلصي من أي مواد مستخدمة واغسلي يديك جيدًا.

الآثار الجانبية 

• التعب والنعاس.
• الهبات الساخنة.
• التورم أو آلام في البطن.
• الإمساك. 
• ألم الثدي. 

بعد استخدام سيكلوجيست قد تلاحظين بعض التسرب بعد ذوبان التحاميل المهبلية، لا تقلقي، هذا أمر طبيعي تمامًا عند استخدام الأدوية التي يتم إدخالها في المهبل.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

لا يجب استخدام سيكلوجيست إذا كنتِ تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية:

• حساسية تجاه البروجسترون أو أي من مكونات هذا الدواء. 
• نزيف مهبلي غير مشخص.
• ورم معروف أو مشتبه به حساس للهرمونات، مثل سرطان الثدي أو الرحم.
• اضطرابات البورفيريا (مجموعة من الاضطرابات الوراثية أو المكتسبة لبعض الإنزيمات).
• جلطات دموية حالية أو سابقة في الساقين أو الرئتين أو العينين أو أماكن أخرى من الجسم.
• مشاكل شديدة في الكبد.
• الإجهاض أو الحمل خارج الرحم. 
• الرضاعة الطبيعية.

يجب استشارة الطبيب أولًا قبل استخدام هذا الدواء إذا كنتِ:

• تعانين من أي حالات طبية أخرى.
• تتناولين أي أدوية لأي حالة أخرى.
• إذا كنتِ حاملًا أو تشتبهين في الحمل.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يجب استخدام هذا الدواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية الموضح على العلبة الخارجية.

مكونات تحاميل سيكلوجست 

• يحتوي على المادة الفعالة البروجسترون بتركيز 400 ملجم.
• يحتوي على مكونات أخرى: دهون نباتية.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
