Cerazette .075 Mg Tablet 28Pcs، هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة ديسوجيستريل (Desogestrel)، وهو أحد وسائل منع الحمل الهرمونية للنساء، ويُعرف بحبوب منع الحمل الأحادية الهرمون (التي تحتوي على البروجستيرون فقط)، لذلك يمكن استخدامه أثناء الرضاعة تحت إشراف الطبيب، نظرًا لأنه لا يحتوي على هرمون الاستروجين.

الاستخدامات والفوائد 

• تستخدم حبوب سيرازيت لمنع الحمل، عن طريق منع إطلاق البويضة من المبيض (الإباضة)، وزيادة سُمك مخاط عنق الرحم، مما يعيق وصول الحيوانات المنوية إلى البويضة.

طريقة استخدام حبوب منع الحمل سيرازيت

• تحتوي عبوة Cerazette على 28 قرص، يُؤخذ قرص واحد يوميًا في نفس الوقت تقريبًا، بدون انقطاع وبدون انتظار النزيف، أي دون فترات راحة بين العبوات.
• توجد أسهم مطبوعة على الجانب الأمامي للعبوة، بين الأقراص، وفي الجانب الخلفي للعبوة توجد أيام الأسبوع.
• يتوافق كل يوم مع قرص واحد، في كل مرة تبدئين فيها تناول عبوة جديدة من Cerazette، تناولي قرصًا من الصف العلوي، ولا تبدئي بأي قرص، مثلًا: إذا بدأتِ يوم الأربعاء، فيجب أن تتناولي القرص من الصف العلوي المحدد (في الخلف) بـ WED.
• يمكنك إيقاف حبوب منع الحمل سيرازيت في أي وقت تريدين، من اليوم الذي تتوقفين فيه عن تناوله لن تكوني محمية من الحمل.

موانع الاستعمال 

لا يجب تناول أقراص منع الحمل سيرازيت إذا كنتِ تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية: 

• جلطة دموية.
• اليرقان (اصفرار الجلد) أو مرض الكبد الشديد.
• سرطان الرحم أو الثدي أو غيرها من السرطانات النسائية.
• نزيف مهبلي مجهول السبب.
• إذا كنت حاملاً أو تعتقدين أنك حامل.
• حساسية تجاه أي من مكونات Cerazette.

أعراض حبوب منع الحمل سيرازيت الجانبية 

• تغير المزاج.
• انخفاض الرغبة الجنسية.
• صداع.
• غثيان.
• حب الشباب.
• ألم الثدي.
• عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية أو عدم وجودها.
• زيادة وزن الجسم.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات 

يجب استشارة الطبيب أولًا قبل تناول حبوب سيرازيت إذا كنتِ تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية: 

• لديكِ أو كنتِ مصابة بسرطان الثدي.
• سرطان الكبد.
• إصابة سابقة بجلطة دموية.
• مرض السكري.
• الصرع.
• مرض السل.
• ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
• لديكِ أو كنتِ تعانين من الكلف (بقع تصبغ بنية مصفرة على الجلد، وخاصة الوجه).

في حالة الرضاعة الطبيعية يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول سيرازيت.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 2 درجة مئوية إلى 30 درجة مئوية.
• يحفظ بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.
• يحفظ  بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• لا تستخدم الدواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المذكور على العبوة.

المكونات 

• تحتوي العبوة على 28 قرص  بتركيز 0.075 ملجم من المادة الفعالة  ديسوجيستريل (Desogestrel).

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
