زيراكتان 10 مجم 30 كبسولة، دواء لعلاج حب الشباب الشديد، الذي لم تنجح معه الأدوية الفموية الأخرى، خاصةً حب الشباب الذي قد يسبِّب ندب، وحب الشباب العقدي.

مكونات زيراكتان

يحتوي كل قرص من زيراكتان على 10 مجم من المادة الفعالة "أيزوتريتنوين"، من مشتقات فيتامين أ، ويُستخدَم في علاج حب الشباب الشديد، الذي لم يتحسَّن مع تناول الأدوية الفموية الأخرى لحب الشباب.

دواعي استعمال زيراكتان

تُستخدَم حبوب زيراكتان في علاج حب الشباب الشديد.

جرعة حبوب زيراكتان

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من حبوب زيراكتان.
• تبدأ الجرعة بـ0.5 مجم لكل كيلوجرام من وزن الجسم يوميًا.
• تُؤخَذ الأقراص مع الأكل.
• قد يتفاقم حب الشباب في الأسابيع الأولى للعلاج، لكنّه يتحسّن مع الاستمرار في تناول الدواء.

متى تظهر نتائج حبوب زيراكتان؟

يمكِن أن تظهر نتائج حبوب زيراكتان بعد مرور 4 أسابيع من تناول الدواء، كما يستمرّ حب الشباب في التحسّن بعد الانتهاء من العلاج لما قد يصل إلى 8 أسابيع، وعمومًا قد يستغرق التأثير الكامل للدواء عِدّة أشهر.

أضرار حبوب زيراكتان

قد يُسبِّب دواء زيراكتان بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• التهاب العين.
• جفاف العين.
• ارتفاع مستويات الدهون في الدم.
• التهاب أو جفاف الجلد.
• ألم العضلات.
• الصداع.
• نزيف الأنف.
• جفاف الأنف.

هل حبوب زيراكتان تأخر الدورة؟

قد يكون عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية أو تأخّرها من الآثار الجانبية لحبوب زيراكتان، لكنّها لا تُستخدَم لتأخير الدورة الشهرية وإنّما لعلاج حب الشباب الشديد.

موانع استخدام زيراكتان

لا تُستخدَم حبوب زيراكتان في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• الحمل أو التخطيط للحمل.
• الرضاعة الطبيعية.
• مرض الكبد.
• ارتفاع مستويات الدهون في الدم، مثل الكوليسترول أو الدهون الثلاثية.
• ارتفاع مستويات فيتامين أ في الدم.
• تناول التتراسيكلين، وهو من أنواع المضادات الحيوية.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب توخّي الحذر واستشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء زيراكتان في حالة:

• المعاناة من اضطرابات الصحة النفسية، مثل الاكتئاب أو التقلبات المزاجية أو الميول العدوانية أو الأفكار الانتحارية أو غيرها.

كما يجب استشارة الطبيب في حالة حدوث ألم مستمر أسفل الظهر أو في المؤخرة مع تناول الدواء.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء زيراكتان إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• مكملات فيتامين أ.
• تتراسيكلين.
• علاجات حب الشباب.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزَّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحية المُدوّن على العبوة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
