زالاتان 50 ميكروجرام نقط للعين 2.5 مل، قطرات لعلاج الجلوكوما وتقليل ضغط العين المرتفع، مما يحمي العصب البصري من التلف بفعل الضغط المرتفع داخل العين، ويحافظ على بصرك سليمًا.

مكونات قطرة زالاتان

تحتوي قطرة زالاتان على المادة الفعالة "لاتانوبروست"، تركيز 0.005%، التي تقلّل ضغط العين من خلال زيادة تصريف سائل العين ومنع زيادته داخل العين.

دواعي استعمال قطرة زالاتان

تُستخدَم قطرة زالاتان في:

• علاج الجلوكوما أو زرق العين مفتوح الزاوية.
• تقليل ضغط العين المرتفع.

جرعة قطرة زالاتان

• الجُرعة المُعتادة قطرة واحدة يوميًا في العين المُصابة.
• يجب إزالة العدسات اللاصقة قبل استخدام قطرة زالاتان، ويمكن ارتداؤها مجددًا بعد مرور 15 دقيقة من استخدام القطرة.
• يجب الفصل بـ5 دقائق على الأقل قبل استخدام أي قطرة أخرى في العين بعد قطرة زالاتان.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة زالاتان

قد تُسبِّب قطرة زالاتان بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• اسمرار لون الجفن.
• تغيّرات في لون القزحية.
• نموّ الرموش أو زيادة أعدادها.

موانع الاستخدام

لا تُستخدَم قطرة زالاتان في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• التهاب نشط في العين.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب توخّي الحذر واستشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة زالاتان، خاصةً في حالة:

• غياب المحفظة الخلفية لعدسة العين أو من لديهم خطر الإصابة بالوذمة البقعية.
• التهاب داخل العين.
• الحمل أو الرضاعة.

قد تؤدّي قطرة زالاتان إلى تغيّر لون القزحية واسمرار حول العين، وإطالة الرموش، لكن يختفي ذلك بعد التوقف عن العلاج باستثناء التغيّر في لون القزحية.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزّن في الثلاجة في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 2 - 8 درجات مئوية.
• ليس من الضروري تخزين القطرة في الثلاجة بعد فتحها للمرة الأولى، وإنّما يمكن الاحتفاظ بها في درجة حرارة الغرفة (لا تزيد على 30 درجة مئوية).
• يجب التخلص من القطرة بعد فتحها للمرة الأولى بعد 4 أسابيع فقط.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
