ديكسافلوكس قطرة 5 مل للعين، تستخدم في التغلب على العدوى البكتيرية والالتهابات الناجمة عنها التي تصِيب العين، لاستعادة صحتها وعافيتها، وتُستخدَم لمدة محددة حسب توجيهات الطبيب.

مكونات قطرة ديكسافلوكس

يحتوي كل 1 مل من قطرة ديكسافلوكس على:

دواعي استعمال ديكسافلوكس قطرة للعين

تُستخدَم قطرة ديكسافلوكس في علاج:

• التهاب الملتحمة البكتيري.
• التهاب القرنية.
• بعد جراحات المياه البيضاء.

جرعة قطرة ديكسافلوكس

• الجرعة المُعتادة 1 - 2 نقطة في العين المصابة كل 2 - 4 ساعات في أول يومين، ثُمّ 4 مرات يوميًا بعد ذلك.
• يجب ألّا تتجاوز مدة العلاج أكثر من 10 أيام أو حسب إرشادات الطبيب.
• تجنّب ملامسة طرف القطرة لسطح العين في أثناء الاستخدام.
• يجب غسل اليدين جيدًا قبل استخدام قطرة ديكسافلوكس.

الآثار الجانبية

قد تُسبّب قطرة ديسكافلوكس بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الشعور بحرقة مؤقتة في العين.
• احمرار أو حكة العين.
• عدم وضوح الرؤية.
• ألم العين.

موانع الاستخدام

لا تُستخدَم قطرة ديكسافلوكس في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• التهاب القرنية الهربسي.
• العدوى الفيروسية في الملتحمة أو القرنية.
• العدوى الفطرية في العين.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• قد يؤدي استخدام القطرة لفترة طويلة إلى نموّ بعض الفطريات، ما قد يزيد احتمالية العدوى، لذا يجب التزام مدة العلاج التي يحدّدها الطبيب.
• يجب عدم استخدام القطرة خلال ارتداء العدسات اللاصقة.

تعليمات الحفظ والتخزين

• تُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• تُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 30 درجة مئوية.
• تخلّص من القطرة بعد مرور 30 يومًا من فتح العبوة أول مرة.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
