فوليك أسيد 1 مجم، هو مكمل غذائي يحتوي على حمض الفوليك (فيتامين ب9) بتركيز 1 مجم، ويستخدم للوقاية والعلاج من نقص حمض الفوليك، وأيضًا يدعم صحة الحمل، إذ يساعد على تقليل خطر العيوب الخلقية في الدماغ والعمود الفقري للجنين، بالإضافة إلى العديد من الفوائد الأخرى لصحة الجسم.
ما هي فوائد حمض الفوليك؟
حمض الفوليك (فيتامين ب9) مهم لصحة الجسم كالتالي:
- يُستخدم للوقاية والعلاج من نقص حمض الفوليك (فيتامين ب9) في الجسم.
- ضروري لتكوين خلايا الدم الحمراء.
- يساعد على تقليل مستوى الهوموسيستين في الدم، إذ أن ارتفاع مستوى الهوموسيستين في الدم قد يرتبط بأمراض القلب والسكتات الدماغية.
- يساهم حمض الفوليك في تقليل الغثيان والقيء الناتجين عن العلاج بدواء الميثوتريكسات.
- يساعد تناول 600 إلى 800 ميكروغرام يوميًا من حمض الفوليك خلال الحمل في تقليل خطر العيوب الخلقية في الدماغ والعمود الفقري (عيوب الأنبوب العصبي)، وفي بعض الحالات عالية الخطورة، قد يُوصى بجرعات تصل إلى 4000-5000 ميكروغرام يوميًا.
دواعي استعمال حمض الفوليك 1 مجم
- الوقاية والعلاج من نقص حمض الفوليك.
- دعم الحمل، والوقاية من عيوب الأنبوب العصبي لدى الجنين.
طريقة استخدام فوليك اسيد 1 mg
- الجرعات الآمنة الموصى بها من حمض الفوليك:
- للبالغين: 400 ميكروغرام يوميًا.
- للحمل: 600 ميكروغرام يوميًا.
- للرضاعة الطبيعية: 500 ميكروغرام يوميًا.
- للأطفال: تختلف حسب العمر، ويُنصح باستشارة الطبيب.
- الحد الأقصى اليومي الموصى به للنساء الحوامل أو المرضعات:
- أقل من 18 سنة: 800 ميكروغرام.
- 18 سنة وأكثر: 1000 ميكروغرام (1 مجم).
- يُمنع تجاوز هذا الحد دون استشارة طبية.
الآثار الجانبية
يعتبر تناول مكملات حمض الفوليك بالجرعات الموصى بها (لا تزيد عن 1مجم) آمنًا لمعظم الأشخاص، ولكن عند تناول جرعات أكبر قد يؤدي إلى آثار جانبية مثل:
- اضطرابات المعدة.
- الغثيان.
- غازات.
- الإسهال.

- لا يجب تجاوز الجرعة اليومية الموصى بها.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
