تعليمات استخدام مناديل بيوسوفت للعيون

• اتّبع تعليمات طبيبك.
• اغسل يديك جيدًا قبل الاستخدام.
• تُستخدَم مرتين يوميًا لمدة 5 أيام قبل العملية في العين أو حسب إرشادات الطبيب.
• في الحالات الأخرى، تُستخدَم مرتين يوميًا في الصباح والمساء، لمدة 3 أسابيع، ثُمّ مرة يوميًا لمدة 3 أشهر.
• أغلق عينيك جيدًا، ثُمّ دلِّك الجفون برفق بحركات دائرية، وأزِل أي قشور أو إفرازات بلُطف.
• لتنظيف حافة الجفن: اسحب الرموش برفق أمام المرآة، ولف المناديل حول إصبعك، وافرك حافة الجفن برفق.
• كرّر على العين الأخرى بمنديلٍ جديد.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.
