بيليرا علاج مركّب للتغلب على جرثومة المعدة؛ إذ يحتوي على مضادات حيوية فعالة في القضاء على جرثومة المعدة، وتستغرق فترة العلاج المطلوبة 10 أيام.

مكونات بيليرا

يحتوي بيليرا على 3 مواد فعالة للقضاء على جرثومة المعدة:

• ميترونيدازول 125 مجم: مضاد حيوي.
• هيدروكلوريد التتراسيكلين 125 مجم: مضاد حيوي.
• بزموت سيسترات البوتاسيوم 140 مجم: يساعد المضادات الحيوية على علاج العدوى.

دواعي استعمال بيليرا

يُستخدَم بيليرا لعلاج جرثومة المعدة.

جرعة دواء بيليرا

• تناول 3 كبسولات من بيليرا بعد الإفطار، و3 كبسولات بعد الغداء، و3 كبسولات بعد العشاء، و3 كبسولات قبل النوم.
• يجب تناول 12 كبسولة من بيليرا يوميًا.
• لا تستلقي بعد تناول الدواء مباشرةً.
• يجب تناول الدواء مع كوبٍ من الماء.
• يجب إكمال دورة العلاج كاملة لمدة 10 أيام.
• تناول قرص واحد من أوميبرازول 20 مجم مع جرعة الإفطار والجرعة المسائية (2 كبسولة يوميًا).

الآثار الجانبية لدواء بيليرا

قد يُسبِّب علاج بيليرا بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• تغيّر لون البراز، بما في ذلك اللون الأسود.
• الإسهال.
• الغثيان.
• مذاق معدني أو كريه بالفم.
• ألم البطن.
• الإمساك.
• جفاف الفم.
• القيء.
• الصداع.
• الغازات.
• الشعور بالتعب.
• بول داكن.
• عدوى المهبل.

موانع استخدام علاج بيليرا

لا يُستخدَم دواء بيليرا لجرثومة المعدة في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.

• مرض الكلى.
• مرض الكبد.
• الأطفال الأصغر من 12 سنة.
• الحمل والرضاعة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء بيليرا، خاصةً في حالة:

• عدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
• الخضوع لبعض الإجراءات، مثل التصوير بالأشعة السينية أو اختبارات الدم.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول دواء بيليرا إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• الأدوية النفسية.
• أدوية السيولة.
• المضادات الحيوية.
• أدوية العلاج الكيميائي.
• مضادات الحموضة.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في مكانٍ بارد وجاف.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
