بريمولوت – ن 30 قرص

 هو دواء يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة نوريثيستيرون، وهي نوع من البروجستيرون الصناعي يشبه الهرمون الأنثوي الطبيعي البروجستيرون، وتُستخدم حبوب بريمولوت ن لعلاج بعض اضطرابات الدورة الشهرية، مثل: متلازمة ما قبل الحيض PMS، عسر الطمث، نزيف الحيض الغزير، الانتباذ البطاني الرحمي (Endometriosis).

استخدامات حبوب بريمولوت نور  

يحتوي Primolut-N على المادة الفعّالة نوريثيستيرون (Norethisterone)، وهو نوع من البروجستيرون الصناعي يشبه الهرمون الأنثوي الطبيعي البروجستيرون، يُستخدم هذا الدواء لعلاج مجموعة متنوعة من اضطرابات الدورة الشهرية، كالتالي:

• متلازمة ما قبل الحيض (PMS): يساعد في تخفيف الأعراض مثل التقلبات المزاجية، والقلق، والتعب، والانتفاخ، وألم الثدي، والصداع.

• عسر الطمث (ألم الدورة الشهرية): يقلل من الألم والتشنجات المصاحبة للحيض.

• نزيف الحيض الغزير (الطمث الكثيف): يقلل من كمية النزيف خلال فترة الحيض.

• الانتباذ البطاني الرحمي (Endometriosis): يمنع نمو بطانة الرحم خارج الرحم، مما يساعد في تخفيف الأعراض المرتبطة بهذه الحالة.
• تأخير الدورة الشهرية عند الضرورة.

طريقة استخدام primolut nor 5 mg

• يجب تناول بريمولوت-ن وفقًا لتوجيهات الطبيب، إذ تختلف الجرعة بناءً على الحالة التي يتم علاجها.
• عادةً ما يتم تناول الأقراص عن طريق الفم مع كمية كافية من الماء، ويمكن تناولها مع الطعام أو بدونه.
• من المهم الالتزام بالجرعة الموصوفة وعدم تجاوزها.
• يجب ابتلاع الأقراص كاملة دون تكسير.

أعراض حبوب بريمولوت الجانبية 

• الصداع.
• ألم أو حساسية في الثدي.
• الغثيان.
• نزيف مهبلي خفيف أو تبقيع.
• القيء.
• تشنجات في البطن.
• تساقط الشعر. 
• تغير في الدورة الشهرية (تكون مدتها أقصر من المعتاد ويقل تدفق الدم أو قد تغيب الدورة الشهرية).
• تورم.

موانع الاستعمال 

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول حبوب بريمولوت ن إذا كنت تعانين من أي من الحالات التالية: 

• مرض السكري.
• أمراض القلب وارتفاع ضغط الدم.
• الوزن الزائد.
• الصداع النصفي.
• الصرع.
• سرطان الثدي (أو يعاني منه أحد أفراد الأسرة المقربين).
• أمراض الكبد الحادة.
• الاكتئاب الشديد.
• فقر الدم.
• الحمل والرضاعة الطبيعية.
• إذا كنتِ تعانين من حساسية تجاه مادة نوريثيستيرون أو أي من مكونات الدواء.
• اضطرابات تخثر الدم أو وجود تاريخ مرضي للجلطات الدموية.

الحفظ والتخزين 

• يحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال 
• يحفظ في عبوته الأصلية في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يجب تناول هذا الدواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المدوّن على العلبة الخارجية.
• لا يجب التخلص من أي أدوية عن طريق الصرف الصحي أو النفايات المنزلية، استشيري الصيدلي لمعرفة الطرق الصحيحة للتخلص من الأدوية التي لم تعد هناك حاجة إليها. 

مكونات primolut nor 5 mg

• يحتوي كل قرص من حبوب بريمولوت ن على 5 مجم من المادة الفعالة نوريثيستيرون. 
• مكونات أخرى:
• اللاكتوز.
• نشا الذرة.
• ستيرات المغنيسيوم (572 E).

1-How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

2-What is the return and exchange policy in the Al-Jawaher online store?

3-What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

**A: Products that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medications, milk, and baby food, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Deodorants and personal care and feminine hygiene products are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is defective.**

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
