بتنوفيت سكالب لوشن 1%30 ملي

بتنوفيت محلول لفروة الرأس 30 مل، هو محلول علاجي يحتوي على بيتاميثازون فاليرات (Betamethasone valerate)، وهو ستيرويد موضعي قوي يُستخدم للتخفيف من الاحمرار، والحكة، والالتهاب في فروة الرأس.

فوائد بتنوفيت لفروة الرأس 

• يعالج مشكلات فروة الرأس التي تستجيب للستيرويدات، مثل: الصدفية والتهاب الجلد الدهني.

• يقلل من التهيج، والحكة، والاحمرار، والتقشير المصاحب لهذه الحالات.

 طريقة استخدام بتنوفيت لفروة الرأس 

• يُستعمل مرة إلى مرتين يوميًا وفق تعليمات الطبيب.

• يجب أن تكون فروة الرأس جافة بعد غسلها وقبل استخدام المحلول.

• ضع كمية صغيرة على المنطقة المصابة واتركها تجف دون الحاجة للفرك الشديد.

• في حال عدم تحسن الأعراض خلال 2–4 أسابيع، يجب مراجعة الطبيب.

الاحتياطات والتحذيرات

• لا يُستخدم في حال وجود حساسية للمكونات أو عدوى غير معالجة في فروة الرأس.

• تجنّب تغطية المنطقة بضمادات محكمة إلا إذا أوصى الطبيب بذلك.

• يُستخدم بحذر على الوجه أو مناطق الجلد الرقيقة والحساسة.

• للأطفال: لا يُستعمل إلا تحت إشراف الطبيب.

• الحمل والرضاعة: يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل الاستعمال.

 الحفظ والتخزين 

• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.

• لا يُستخدم بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

• يُخزن في درجة حرارة أقل من 25°م بعيدًا عن الضوء المباشر.

• المحلول قابل للاشتعال: تجنّب التعرض للنار أو اللهب أثناء الاستخدام.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

Contact the number (+966 56 364 9160) on WhatsApp to request a return and exchange.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
