ايزوبايد لعلاج الذبحة الصدرية 40 ملجم 20 كبسولة

ايزوبايد 40 مجم أحد الأدوية التي تساعد على تخفيف آلام الصدر الناجِمة عن الذبحة الصدرية؛ إذ تُقلِّل الجهد الذي يبذله القلب في ضخّ الدم، مما يسهّل عمله ويمنع أعراض الذبحة الصدرية.

مكونات ايزوبايد

يحتوي ايزوبايد على المادة الفاعلة "آيزوسوربايد ثنائي النترات"، التي تُعدّ من موسّعات الأوعية الدموية، إذ تعمل من خلال استرخاء الأوعية الدموية للقلب، مما يُقلِّل الجهد الذي يبذله القلب في ضخّ الدم (فالأوعية الدموية لم تعُد ضيقة؛ بل اتسعت)، ويُسهِم في تخفيف أعراض الذبحة الصدرية.

دواعي استعمال ايزوبايد

يُستخدَم ايزوبايد في:

• تخفيف آلام الذبحة الصدرية، وتقليل مُعدّل حدوثها.
• المساعدة على استقرار بعض حالات قصور القلب (حالة مرضية يعجز القلب معها عن ضخّ ما يكفي من الدم إلى معظم أنحاء الجسم).

جرعة ايزوبايد

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من دواء ايزوبايد.

الآثار الجانبية لدواء ايزوبايد

قد يُسبِّب ايزوبايد بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الدوخة.
• التعب.
• الشعور بالضعف.
• زيادة سُرعة ضربات القلب.

قد تحدث هذه الآثار الجانبية في الأيام الأولى للعلاج أو بعد زيادة جرعة الدواء.

موانع استخدام ايزوبايد

لا يُستخدَم ايزوبايد في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.
• فقر الدم.
• المعاناة سابقًا من نوبة قلبية.
• المعاناة سابقًا من نزيف الدماغ أو إصابته.
• نقص حجم الدم أو هبوط ضغط الدم.
• فشل الدورة الدموية.
• تناول أدوية ضعف الانتصاب، مثل سيلدينافيل (فياجرا).
• الأطفال.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء ايزوبايد، خاصةً في حالة:

• خمول الغدة الدرقية.
• سوء التغذية.
• انخفاض حرارة الجسم.
• ضعف شديد بالدورة الدموية.
• التشخيص ببعض أمراض القلب.

ايزوبايد للحامل

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول ايزوبايد خلال فترة الحمل.

ايزوبايد والرضاعة

يجب استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل تناول ايزوبايد خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية، فقد ينتقل الدواء إلى الرضيع عبر لبن الأم.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول ايزوبايد إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية ضغط الدم.
• أدوية الصداع النصفي.
• أدوية الاكتئاب والقلق.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• يُحفَظ في عبوته الأصلية بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
