اوسلتا دواء لعلاج الإنفلونزا، إذ يتمتّع بنشاطٍ مضادٍ للفيروسات، فهو قادر على منع انتشار فيروس الإنفلونزا في الجسم.

مكونات اوسلتا

يحتوي اوسلتا على 75 مجم من مادة "اوسيلتاميفير" المضادة للفيروسات، والتي تساعد على القضاء على فيروسات الإنفلونزا.

جرعة اوسيلتا

تختلف جرعة اوسيلتا حسب العُمر والغرض من استخدام الدواء:

جرعة البالغين

جرعة الأطفال من 1 إلى 12 سنة

الآثار الجانبية لدواء اوسلتا

قد يُسبِّب دواء اوسلتا بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• التهاب البلعوم الأنفي.
• الصداع.
• الأرق.
• الغثيان.
• القيء.
• ألم البطن.
• الدوخة.
• السعال.
• احتقان الحلق.
• التعب.

موانع استخدام اوسيلتا

لا يُستخدم دواء اوسيلتا في حالة فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناته.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اوسيلتا، خاصةً في حالة:

• أمراض القلب.
• قصور الكلى الشديد.
• تدهور المناعة.
• الأطفال.
• الاضطرابات النفسية.

اوسلتا للحامل

لا يُستخدَم اوسلتا خلال الحمل إلّا إذا كان ضروريًا وتحت إشراف الطبيب.

اوسلتا والرضاعة

لا يُستخدَم اوسلتا خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية إلّا تحت إشراف الطبيب.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اوسلتا إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• بروبينيسيد.
• أموكسيسيللين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 25 درجة مئوية.
• يُحفَظ في مكان بارد وجاف.

4-How can I request a return or replacement?

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

If the problem is confirmed, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, up to a maximum of 20 riyals, if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

6-What happens if the product arrives opened or used?

If the product arrives opened or used, the return request will be denied.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop, the shop will refund the customer's money, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer wants to re-ship the order, they will need to pay the shipping cost again.**
