استخدام قطرة اوبتيزولين

تُستخدَم قطرة اوبتيزولين في علاج:

• التهاب الملتحمة التحسسي.
• حساسية العين.
• التهاب الملتحمة الربيعي أو التحسسي المزمن، وهو نوع التهاب يظهر غالبًا في فصل الربيع أو مع زيادة حبوب اللقاح في الهواء.

الآثار الجانبية لقطرة اوبتيزولين

قد تُسبِّب قطرة اوبتيزولين بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الصداع.

موانع استخدام اوبتيزولين

لا تُستخدَم قطرة اوبتيزولين في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكوناتها.
• الجلوكوما (زرق العين ضيق الزاوية).

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة اوبتيزولين، خاصةً في حالة:

• مرض القلب.
• مرض السكري.
• ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
• تضخم البروستاتا.
• مرض الغدة الدرقية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام قطرة اوبتيزولين إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً مثبطات أكسيداز أحادي الأمين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 20 - 25 درجة مئوية.
