اماريل أحد الأدوية التي تُساعِد على علاج مرض السكري من النوع الثاني، إذ يزيد إفراز الإنسولين من البنكرياس، بما يُساعِد على خفض مستويات السكر في الدم.

مكونات اماريل

يحتوي اماريل على المادة الفاعلة "جليمبريد"، الذي يساعد على خفض مستويات السكر في الدم من خلال زيادة إفراز الإنسولين من البنكرياس.

دواعي استعمال اماريل

يُستخدَم اماريل في علاج مرض السكري من النوع الثاني إلى جانب النظام الغذائي وممارسة التمارين الرياضية لخفض مستويات السكر في الدم.

جرعة اماريل

• يجب استشارة الطبيب لتحديد الجرعة المناسبة من دواء اماريل.
• تُتناوَل أقراص اماريل مرة واحدة يوميًا قبل الإفطار.
• إذا كانت وجبة الإفطار خفيفة، فيجب تأجيل تناول الدواء حتى تناول أول وجبة رئيسية في اليوم، كالغداء.
• يجب عدم تفويت الوجبات في أثناء تناول الدواء.

متى يبدأ مفعول اماريل؟

يبدأ اماريل في خفض مستويات السكر في الدم في غضون 2 - 3 ساعات منذ تناوله.

ما هي الآثار الجانبية لدواء اماريل؟

قد يُسبِّب اماريل بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• هبوط سكر الدم، ومن علاماته الدوخة والضعف والارتجاف والتعرق.
• عدم وضوح الرؤية أو الرؤية المزدوجة.
• الغثيان والقيء.
• الإسهال.
• ألم البطن.

هل يسبب اماريل زيادة الوزن؟

قد يجعلك دواء اماريل تشعر بالجوع أكثر، ومِنْ ثَمّ فقد يزداد وزن بعض الناس، لذا حاول أن تتناول نظامًا غذائيًا متوازنًا دون زيادة حجم الوجبات، مع الانتظام في ممارسة التمارين الرياضية.

موانع استخدام اماريل

لا يُستخدَم اماريل في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
• الحماض الكيتوني السكري.
• مرض السكري من النوع الأول.
• مرض الكلى الشديد.
• قصور الكبد الشديد.
• الأطفال.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول اماريل، خاصةً في حالة:

• مشكلات الكلى.
• مشكلات الكبد.
• سبق الإصابة بغيبوبة السكري.
• مشكلات الغدة النخامية أو الدرقية أو الكظرية.
• قصور القلب.
• عدم تناول الوجبات بانتظام.
• ممارسة التمارين الرياضية بكثرة.
• تناول أدوية السكري الأخرى.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول اماريل إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• أدوية السكري الأخرى.
• بعض المضادات الحيوية.
• أدوية ارتجاع المريء وقرحة المعدة.
• المسكنات.
• أدوية النقرس.
• أدوية ضغط الدم.
• أدوية الكوليسترول.
• أدوية السرطان وزراعة الأعضاء.
• العلاجات الهرمونية.
• حبوب منع الحمل.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة لا تزيد على 25 درجة مئوية.
• يُحفَظ الدواء بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.
