اجاوت أحد الأدوية التي تساعد على تقليل مستويات حمض اليوريك في الدم، والوقاية من نوبات النقرس الحادة، التي قد تُسبِّب ألمًا شديدًا بالمفاصل.

مكونات اجاوت

تحتوي أقراص اجاوت على المادة الفاعلة "فيبوكسوستات"، التي تساعد على تقليل مستويات حمض اليوريك في الدم، ومنع تراكُم بلورات حمض اليوريك في المفاصل والكلى، مما يُسهِم في علاج مرض النقرس، وتخفيف أعراضه.

دواعي استعمال اجاوت

يُستخدَم دواء اجاوت في علاج مرض النقرس، وخفض مستويات حمض اليوريك في الدم، بما يُساعِد على الوقاية من نوبات النقرس الحادة.

جرعة أقراص اجاوت

• يُحدِّد الطبيب الجرعة المناسبة من دواء اجاوت.
• الجرعة المعتادة قرص واحد يوميًا.
• يجب الاستمرار في تناول الدواء كل يوم، حتى لو لم تُعانِي نوبات النقرس الحادة.
• يمكن تناول الدواء مع الأكل أو من دونه.

الأعراض الجانبية لعلاج أجاوت

قد يُسبِّب دواء اجاوت بعض الآثار الجانبية، مثل:

• الإسهال.
• الصداع.
• طفح جلدي.
• الغثيان.
• زيادة أعراض النقرس.
• احتباس السوائل والتورّم.

موانع استخدام اجاوت

لا يُستخدَم دواء اجاوت في حالة:

• فرط الحساسية تجاه مكونات الدواء.
• الأطفال والمراهقين الأصغر من 18 سنة.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اجاوت، خاصةً في حالة:

• سبق الإصابة بقصور القلب أو مشكلات القلب.
• سبق الإصابة بأمراض الكلى.
• المعاناة من الحساسية تجاه بعض أدوية النقرس، مثل ألوبيورينول.
• مرض الكبد.
• مشكلات الغدة الدرقية.
• الخضوع لعلاج ارتفاع مستويات حمض اليوريك في الدم، بسبب العلاج السرطان أو متلازمة ليش نيهان.

هل يُستخدَم اجاوت في علاج نوبات النقرس الحادة؟

إذا كُنت تُعانِي نوبة نقرسٍ (ألم شديد واحمرار وتورّم في المفاصل)، فينبغي الانتظار حتى تنتهي نوبة النقرس قبل تناول دواء اجاوت، لأنّ تناول الدواء في أثناء النوبة، قد يُفاقِم الأعراض.

ومع ذلك فمن الضروري تناول الدواء وفق توجيهات الطبيب، فمن المتوقّع أن يُسهِم في تقليل مُعدّل حدوث نوبات النقرس الحادة بمرور الوقت، فيجب الاستمرار في تناوله -في غير وقت نوبة النقرس- حتى لو لم يلاحظ المريض اختفاء النوبات.

اجاوت للحامل

لا يُوصَى بتناول دواء اجاوت خلال فترة الحمل، ويجب استشارة الطبيب حال الرغبة في تناوله.

اجاوت والرضاعة

غير معروف ما إذا كان الدواء ينتقل إلى الرضيع عبر لبن الأم، لذا لا يُوصَى بتناول الدواء في فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية.

التفاعلات الدوائية

يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل تناول دواء اجاوت إلى جانب أي دواءٍ آخر، خاصةً:

• ميركابتوبيورين.
• أزاثيوبرين.
• ثيوفيللين.

حفظ الدواء وتخزينه

• يُحفَظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
• يُخزّن في درجة حرارة أقل من 30 درجة مئوية.
• لا يُستخدَم الدواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

5-What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the event that the wrong product arrives from the shipping company (except for refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company.

7-What happens if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to the shop?
